Brought a 9v battery for $10 and comes back within 15min. with UNOPENED for refund due to I found my smoke detector are using AA size instead after I took it down from ceiling, the cashier Geeta say no returned once out of the door.Not only 1 piece of 9v selling for $10 which rocket high price, its no problem as I need it but no return as UNOPENED ? She say this is BP company policy !I will file BBB complain as well as contact BP for their official policy copy !

Went for gas was going to clean windows on car not one solvent container and window cleaner solution and does not look like been filled recently and squeezes are old and broken. It’s winter here and you need to clean your windows

Great gas and always have a pump open. I usually make this my stop when I need to fill up. Easy to get into and out.

The guy at the sandwich shop has been on the phone for almost 7 minutes talking while I am here waiting for him to take my order.Imagine how long I have waited to have had to take a photo of him and write a review of it *smh*Appalling customer service!

I walked in to buy tobacco and wiper fluid and within 60 seconds had a bathroom key thrown at me and was yelled at repeatedly, in the most combative way you could possibly imagine. A very confusing experience one would only expect to see in maybe a dark comedy. BP, you have a crazy man working the night shift, a serious liability. Maybe run another background check?
