Busy right before close & only one associate. Still quick in & out. He was helping someone in the back with a large item so I wasn’t greeted when I came in, but otherwise no issues. Came in for a quick Amazon return.
The employees here are efficient and friendly. Recently, I had an issue with a package I returned that never made it back to the seller (a watch from Casio). I had also lost the receipt with my tracking number. Gunjin and others here worked hard to not only get my tracking number, but make sure that I was refunded for the lost package. They went above and beyond, calling me with status updates and letting my know when my check had arrived to compensate for my lost return. I have been going here for years and will continue to do so. The people here really do care about their customers.
Its Sunday 1:30 pm Store Closed although websie says open to 2pm !!!
What joy to walk in and NO LINES for shipping my two Christmas gifts. The guys worked efficiently and in a friendly professional manner to expedite my transaction. Thank you!
I bring all of my Amazon returns here. Im always met with a friendly greeting, and Im in and out in less than 5 minutes.
Very kind gentleman kept the store open for me while I was in a bind. I will be back for sure.
I never have had any issues with the guy at the store. Ive been using this UPS since 2017, since I work in Carol Stream. He treats me nicely and gives me my receipt without asking. Im not sure why so many are complaining. How about you pack and tape your stuff before you arrive to drop it off?5 Stars all around
Just left this store and the guy refused to check their store email to print 2 pages out. ???? They overcharge but i was in a hurry. How does this place even stay in business ? Completely rude! Wasted my time
Fast friendly service. Had to ship a package, I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.
I don’t typically write reviews but this Bloomingdale, IL UPS store has the worst customer service I’ve EVER experienced. I usually go to the Schaumburg location (even though this location is closer to my home) but they were closed so I decided to go to this one. I went there last year and customer service was poor but i thought I’d give it another try. The experience today was absolutely the worst ever and I’m so sorry I gave the store another chance. He told me to leave his store just because I didn’t have an Amazon return label. I told him very nicely, the Schaumburg store scans the label and prepares one for me in fact they just did it for me last week. He said go back to that store then and leave my store NOW!!! Seriously, I can’t believe this owner is still in business; this guy needs to be reported to UPS Headquarters. Definitely does not have customer service skills.
I needed a notary on short notice, and I was able to walk right in and get it done, rather than having to wait over a week to schedule an appointment at the other location.
Do not expect a friendly face. How about a smile when you greet your customers? Dont look annoyed by our patronage.
The older gentlemen would not assist me with printing a label and made zero effort at providing any help. Utterly useless store.
WORST experience ever! The Older guy at the store was very very rude and threw the receipt at me and also when I try to send the package showing the barcode I had, he refuse to take my package and insisted me to buy labels from him in order for me to send my package. It’s ridiculous. This store needs to shut down or someone who is more customer focus needs to work at that location.
They were very friendly very friendly very helpful Verify the only problem was there was only one person working there there was five people behind me leave me Otherwise that the staff was awesome staff awesome I don’t get it with the bad comments that they were awesome
I will first start off by saying I dont usually leave feedback from places I frequent. After reading other comments about this owner / operator I feel like I have too. I have been going to this store for about 7 or 8 years (he has moved from the first store I visited to this one about 2 or so years ago) and have NEVER had a problem. He has gone out of his way on numerous occasions to help me out. For anyone to say he is not friendly is just wrong. He comes from a different culture than some of us, so if youre judging him on how wide his smile is or if he makes small chitchat about the weather then youre not being fair. I would honestly say I am in thisstore about once or twice every week or two and can tell you about 70% of the time people are asking for free tape, boxes or envelopes. Anyone who has had a small business or knows someone with one will tell you the same thing. The extra money you make by selling these small items can sometimes be the difference in staying in business or going out of business. So for anyone complaining that you didnt get anything for free here is a word of advice. Either bring your package ready to ship or if you need something extra to make your item ready to ship then BUY what you need and know youre supporting a local merchant.
They were so helpful and friendly. I had to get last minute Christmas gifts sent out and they made it so easy. Will definitely use them for all my shipments. Thank you!!
Seriously the worst UPS store Ive ever been in. Go to any other store ANY OTHER STORE except for this one. Im not sure how theyre allowed to treat customers with the worst customer service ever and are still in business. One of the older men who work here was extremely rude and did not help me or give me other options and just walked away to the back where I could hear speaking to another guy. I dont even live in the area so Im glad I dont have to ever come here again. If I could give this zero stars, I would.
Treat them as a delivery service, not a packing service, and youll be happy to use their services.Pack your own stuff, label your own stuff (print it at home), tape up your own stuff, and keep all your receipts until your stuff is delivered.Theyll change you for everything you touch inside the building, so arrive with 99% of the work done. And keep in mind that these extreme policies are likely because some selfish customers abused previously-free services.
This is the only UPS store that has ever charged for tape when dropping off items. The few times that I have been to this store the same worker is there, he may be the owner, but hes a bit rude. I give it three stars because my items still get returned and the experience isnt extremely horrible. I prefer the UPS store in Addison, this location is more of a last resort.
This has been one of the absolute most miserable experiences in customer service I have ever endured.First and foremost, if you read anything, understand that this store is not UPS... it is a third party guy who you give money to, who then pays UPS to take the packages.I had an emergency situation which required me to overnight a very important legal document out of state. It was extremely time sensitive and we paid top dollar to have it delivered. It never arrived. When I went back to confront the gentleman about it he was very apologetic, but he kept talking over me and interrupting me in conversation. He basically told me it was out of his hands, but he refused to put me in contact with anyone who could help me. Given the sensitivity of this document, this was not a Well, guess well wait around to see if its found situation.Upon calling the help number and being transferred a few times, the tracking number shows that driver never scanned the package to receive it. This could be because the driver never received it, it was stuck to another package, or negligence on the drivers part. Anything is possible. However, in speaking with the guy behind the counter since the item was lost, he has a very not my problem attitude about it.As the services were not fulfilled (and the package is still lost-- has been for nearly a week now), we asked for a refund but were told he could not issue one until an investigation was completed.Do not use this store. If you have the flexibility to choose another carrier, look to the large sign across the busy street. The facility is much friendlier, much better staffed, better equipped, and far more helpful.
Go to the fedex across the street. The customer service was abysmal.
Never had a problem and everything is sent out on time. All the complaints seem to be like most of those online for other businesses.I want it now, right and remember how I do everything.Anybody who has worked retail are more understanding in their reviews than the jerks who never have.
Good and fast service
Guys, do not go to this place. Its not a real ups store. Thats preowned by people from Hindustan(India). Nasty store, where you ll spend your money for nothing.
Worst customer service. I don’t know how that guys still working there.
Sorry to bother you, jeez. You should be happy to see a patron in your store not annoyed or bothered. Horrible customer service. They only get 1 star because it is conveniently close to work.
Doesnt have fragile stickers for sensitive materils, told me a sticker probably wouldnt matter anyways, it wouldnt stop it from being mishandled.Seriously, guys? This is my livelihood and you told me theres nothing to be done to stop it from being damaged.
I give them a star cuz I want to write my review of this place. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!!!!! I called this afternoon trying to asked for help to track my package since I missed the delivery date( a package requires signature). I called then a guy pick up the phone and try to help. Thanks for that. But when I gave him the tracking number, problem comes up, I tried so hard to sad it slowly and tried to make sure I pronounce it on a right way, however, I received [maam your pronunciation is incorrect you confusing me . said it on an unfriendly way] I hang up the phone cuz I can’t talk with him anymore. first of all, English not my first language sorry for the Asian accent.i don’t want that either, I wish I could speak English like a native. But you don’t have to being a racism... how would you feel if you are the one being treated differently? ? I won’t respect you if you wear a colored glasses to judge me.
I went to drop off items 2 times. He helped me fast while others were waiting. He is not rude, he just doesnt smile.
Horrible place. Was waiting in line and they dont even acknowledge you. The customer ahead of me waiting in line asked the UPS guy if he wanted help to pick up the heavy box and he says no then turns around and ask the elderly man to help him. Slow slow process and slow customer service. Also very rude!
Worst UPS store ever. They charge $1 to tape your box! I have never been to a UPS store that does that and he was very mean about it too. I ended paying because I needed to ship it fast. Please do yourself a favor and go to the UPS on roosevelt road! They are so nice and do everything for you with no charge.
If you want to just make a simple B&W copy printing hell charge you over $2. Its a joke!
Horrible service for printing!!! The owner does not provide good customer service and is very unreasonable. The owner couldn’t print out a graphic for me correctly, acted as if it was my fault, and charged me for the printout because he had to “waste” color ink and cardstock paper. I went to another UPS and they had absolutely no problem printing. Do Not go to this store for anything!!!!
DO NOT use this UPS location! Your package will be lost, stolen or thrown away. I dropped off a box of Christmas gifts and clothes on January 6, 2018, that my daughter was not able to fit into her suitcase when she went back to college. The box should have arrived on January 11. My daughter said she did not received it. I looked at the tracking information and it showed that the package had not left the store. I called and the owner brushed it off and said it was UPS fault. I called the national UPS number and they agreed that it had not been picked up from the store. They started an investigation. I went to the store and the owner said it had left his store, even though the tracking shows that it hasnt. He advised me to get receipts together (because he knows the package is gone???). I should have used FedEx. This owner was not helpful and potentially negligent.
I came in and an older Indian man was at the front desk, very rude and kind of pushy. Won’t be back.
What kind of crap is this place i use this store as an access point to pick up my package today i was told that it would be 3 dollars to pick up my package. I have already paid for shipping and contacted ups customer care and they have told this location to give me my package and they still outright refuse there is not supposed to be a charge for this service. Avoide this dump at all costs they are the oppitomy of nickle and diming you to death i hope they get shut down. They are the rudest people i have ever dealed with and have no buisness working in the customer service aspect of this world.
Horrible experience. The owner was very rude and threw papers back in my face. Told me to go somewhere else because I wanted to see my package wrapped. I guess paying to have your package wrapped you get no part of! I ended up walking out and going to a different UPS store. The one on Army Trail and County Farm is way better.
Worst ups store. They dont even turn the lights on. Maybe cause they want to save money lol. Try to nickel and dime you for everything. Rude. County farm and army trail location is better.
Very poor customer service, would not recommend. I will not be returning.
Obvious customer service training issues come right to the publics eye here. I am temped to send my employees here to learn exactly how N O T to treat the general public and/or your customers.I was at the location for less than 5 minutes, and chose to take my business elsewhere. I wont name the competition that is located just about accross the street, but they were able to handle the stress of a paying costumer walking in the door. They also know the concept of giving your customer options, not just saying itll cost $75 to ship that one item and leaving it at that, with an arrogent smirk on their faces.I was able to ship my package for half what I was quoted at this location when I went to their competition, who I am not naming because I am not promoting anyone, Just sharing an honest opinion.
Worst place ever, stubborn and absolutely uncooperative employees, you MUST HAVE YOUR LABEL PRINTED OUT AND IN HANDS in order to ship it via UPS, for the biggest logistics company in the nation and all the technology that sounds like a joke, its 2020 out there people, who prints stuff now days ?
These guys are a joke of a store all they want to do is just make there customers inconvenienced. UPS corporation should charge them for these poor experiences
Stay away if possible!!!.. the owner/cashier (kumud) charged me a dollar just to close a box with 8 -10 inch tape...so frugal to run a business, is this really how UPS operates now a days?
I dont mean to use race but he is Indian older male. Very rude smart mouth too.
The WORST customer service experience!!!This guy picked the wrong job.DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!
Theyre a bit expensive but they offer a lot of helpful products and services
It was closed 20 min before the posted time. Really inconvenient.
Rude as hell! Need a lesson in customer service
Not the best service here but they get the job done. Since there are so many UPS stores around this area I choose to just not to go to this one anymore.
Beware!!!! Sent my wife to make three 11x17 black and white copies. The clerk made color instead and charged her $6.45!!! I usually go to the UPS store on 904 S. Roselle Rd. and pay $.75!!! No wonder they have 2 stars....stay-away!!!!
It look that I need they service and forget that I am they customer.
Extremely rude, they also wanted me to pay $6 to tape up my package. Every other UPS Ive gone to has taped my package for free.
Not open at 9am when posted open time is 9am .. Ridiculous
Owner is always pleasant!
The owner always seems to be in a bad mood
Patel old guy rude and unprofessional!!!!
Good service
Good
Rude & arrogant!!!!
