Store so huge, I go to same exact area of the store each time. The bakery and fresh seafood, roast chicken and prepared easy to cook meals. Today they had full slabs of ribs cooked hot off the grill in area with the roast garlic chicken drumsticks.

I like Costco, they have differents variety of wines from spain( my country) and love to see every month the offers.

I am a Costco employee. And I have to say. Out of all the Costcos in Illinois, I would have to say this is the worse one I have ever been in. Employees are the rudest I have ever come across. Whoever said customer satisfaction or customer comes first, this Costco does not believe in. The employees just step right in front of you or on you. I had one employee literally roll out a pallet with water on it and didnt even bother to look behind him to see me standing there and whipped the pallet around and stare at me. Dont go here. Like I said. I am a employee at Costco and I will be contacting corporate to let them know how this store treats customers even fellow employees, who drop 500 to 600 dollars a trip. Nice job!

If you want to buy food in bulk, Costco is your place. The sizes are perfect for feeding large groups of people. The memberships are definitely worth it if you need such large amounts of food with any frequency. The clothes are also usually nice. I have a Costco jacket that I adore. It is so perfect in the late fall to early winter. A lot of people agree, apparently, because I see lots of people with jackets that match mine.

Long drive but worth it. Found a parking space quickly. In and out fast as well and NOT self check out. Got help with carry out and didnt have to look for it. As always shopping in Costco was great.

Definitely my go-to Costco. Massive compared to the one by Woodfield mall. My weekend isnt complete without coming here. Staff is always nice and fast, store is always clean and well lit. Great product selections as well.

Its good when you have no problems, but if you go to their customer service desk, theyre no help. I still never received my gift certificate after repeatedly telling them every other month about it. The other store I used to go to regularly near my work would have the gift certificate mailed to the store directly and let me pick it up, but for some weird reason, the customer service desk at this particular location wont do that for me.

Large store with lots of wonderful options. Don’t forget your mask or they won’t let you in.

Went to pick up some water cases for my mom (didn’t want her to carry). I guess I couldn’t shop there I didn’t know that. Lady at the self checkout was super nice and friendly, supervisor was rude. Get some new supervisors who know how to talk to people with decency. Mistakes happen, doesn’t mean you can treat people like low class. Shoulda got his name but I’m sure I won’t be his only complaint. Shoutout to the lady attendant though! Super nice the whole time

I was on a quest to find a specific grill that most Costco’s were sold out of. I called the Bloomingdale store and they had two. I bee-lined my way there, only to find the display model. I inquired about the boxed grill and it had sold just minutes before I arrived. Telling the assistant manager, Darryl about my quest, he offered his floor model. This wasn’t offered by any other local warehouses, so I was quite surprised and delighted. Not only did he offer the display grill, he did so with a happy, cheerful spirit that was refreshing. The world needs more Darryls in it. The world would surely be a better place. Thank you again Darryl!

This location used to be a lot better with product and the availability. I seem to find what I’m looking for at other locations and it’s weeks later that this location finally gets it. They seem to be late to the game. I can’t seem to find the regular stuff we normally get there lately. Always busy, unless you go an hour or so before they close.

Costco treats their members better than other warehouse clubs. Anything with the Kirkland brand is great quality at a lower price than you would pay for a famous name. The food court is well run, and serves good food at great prices.

I love this location! knowing the fact that some products you may want 1 week, may not be there 3 weeks later depending on product specifics or demand.Dont fret it will return at some point days later or weeks later. Suggestion is to ask one of the great and helpful staff members for the product your looking for, you will receive an answer one way or an other.Being an executive member of Costco like myself has more than a few benefits. Depending on your family size or how much you purchase in a year will put money back into your pocket or even pay for your membership!Cant beat that Id say.I highly do suggest you visit the help desk or the Costco website under shop/ membership for further details to sign up or view all the benefits I briefly speak of and more.

Stop moving the baby formula around the store. Its gone from back, front, back, middle and now to the back of the store all within a couple month swing.Super annoying running around the store trying to find it.

Costco in Bloomingdale is organized, very clean including their restroom. The only disadvantage in this store, you barely see any of their staff to assist you.

This costco is well organized and we have shopped here for many years. Staff has always been very helpful when making larger purchases and in finding items at alternative locations when required items were out of stock.

Costco is pretty great, but trying to park is miserable. I recommend going on a weekday. The deals are real! Grocery and especially meat pricing is truly amazing.

Costco had been a place where you planned to buy just dinner that day and came out with hundred thing on your cart but i loved it.

Poor rating is based on the bad attitude I received at the self checkout. I scanned everything in my basket and wanted to pay for a portion of the order with a Costco Gift Certificate; my membership rewards certificate. Apparently Costco doesnt allow you to use their own gift certificates in self checkout. I asked an associate why because not being able to use a Costco issued gift certificate seems very inconvenient to customers. The associate pointed at the sign above sarcastically saying that the cards we accept are above. I said I understand that those are cards accepted and I was paying with my Costco card, but theres nothing telling the customer not to use a certificate issued by the retailer. Does this apply to coupons as well? The experience just seemed inconvenient and the added sarcasm was not needed.

Place is ok when comparing to samsclub

Got my tire balanced while we shopped. They ended up scratching my rims. Now I have to deal with the hassle of taking a day off so I can get it fixed. They will pay for it to get it fixed but not my time for taking off work & my gas.

This is a great location. The staff is helpful and the facility is very clean. It doesnt get too incredibly busy because of how they take care of checkout customers.

I entered the warehouse today and I had an embarrassing encounter with one of the employees. I wasnt able to get her name, but she was in the returns area. She asked for the membership card and my license. The woman stated that I would not be able to return the clothing since I had my fathers card. I said I understood and that I would come back with my dad to make the return since I didnt know all this beforehand. It was a pleasant exchange and I started heading towards the exit. Then she stated, very loudly, that it was against the law for me to bring my fathers card in to return the item of clothing. She might as well have announced it over the intercom or through a megaphone. I was pretty upset right after it happened since I didnt have an attitude during this encounter or had an issue with what was asked of me. I havent had a problem like this with any Costco employees before. Everyone is generally really nice there. I was just trying to be a good kid and return something so my parents wouldnt have to make a trip.

Waited 45 minutes to get a Booster shot. Not good. 25 minutes before they came out before they said anything. Bad.

Plenty of parking. Good prices and well stocked. Have been going to this location for years. Find it convenient and not crowded. Gas prices always the lowest.

Great store with good quality meats. If you catch it on a good day, the prime ribeye, and New York are thick with good marbling. They also have brisket in whole or flat. The meat stock and prices vary on the seasons. However, I wish they would carry Amaretto liquor and cigars.

I live 3 minutes away from this location but I ruther go to the one in Saint Charles, Way better service and Employees are way nicer and courteous than this one, Bloomingdale location workers dont show any appreciation to your business... Instead they scream at customers in lines check out ! I understand there are rules to follow during the pandemic but that doesnt explain nor justify employees being rude to customers ... They could provide hand sanitizers instead ! I have noticed they no longer do that in this location which just means they dont care .

It would be nice to have employees around answering questions because it is so big in there you can end up walking forever.

Shorter lines on weekdays

The service honestly varies, I went in and ordered a pair of glasses the customer representative was very nice and friendly transaction went great! As Im leaving there is an older lady by the door checking receipts, not friendly at ALL. Does not say hello, bye, thank you. I understand sometimes they are busy but there wasnt even a big line at this time. She should try to file her nails down a bit when she grabbed my receipt she scratched my hand with her nails. She did not make my transaction a good one at all.

My Costco, the Bloomingdale location, is outstanding! Kirkland is the greatest private lable in the country...perhaps the world. But the best part of My Costco are its people. Always helpful, always smiling, always Costco proud.

Some item prices increased. Specially the Canola Oil was $19 now is $45. Its nothing to do with Costco. This is distributor who is price gouging.

Costco can never do wrong in my book. 1.59 hotdog and drink.
