I wish there were NEGATIVE STARS. They were here immediately to give a quote. They then showed up days later without a call or appointment to install. Left the space unfinished and left screws and bolts on the floor that could have damaged tires if driven over. We had problems with the installation. They were Totally unresponsive. Had to call and COMPLAIN LOUDLY several times over several days to get an appointment for tech to return. Was given an appointment which he then never showed up for. I had to text him for status. No respect or courtesy to let me know he was not going to make it. Rescheduled for next day. Have been waiting over an hour and he is still not here nor returned my calls or texts to update us. They were prompt with taking our money, but could care less about correcting the installation problems. Also after the fact I called other companies for quotes just to see if Reliance was the lowest like they said they are. NOT TRUE. They were over $200 more than other companies. And the other quotes were for a better quality door. Too late for us, BUT DO NOT GO WITH RELIANCE. You will regret it.

I can’t believe how quick, stress-free and cheap the service was. We called on a morning as we backed into our neighbor’s garage door. They were out within 2 hours. Looked at it, gave me a very reasonable quote and told me they could be there the next morning to fix it. They came out an d job was complete in 2 hours. Dusty stopped out to give me an estimate for a broken sprocket. He thoroughly explained my options. Unfortunately, Im not able to fix it right now. But he was nice enough to remove an attached bar so it would be easier for me to operate it without the opener. He moved the chain so it wouldnt damage the front of door when it opened. Terrible experience!! The repair guy came quickly and upon arrival insulted me by saying Is this the first time I had seen a garage door as he explained the technical issues it was having, I replied Im paying you to figure out what is wrong. The guy had the worst attitude then quoted me $500!!!! I had made calls before and had actually done this repair in my old house 3 years ago and everyone was $350. When I told him his price was crazy he said how about $400, so now this is a negotiation!! Its just simply an unprofessional experience and I will not be using these guys again.
