I tried this place for the first time on Labor Day and I was satisfied with the customer service provided by the manager! Him and his staff were super friendly, and the fresh food was actually very good.

Just wanted to take a moment to recognize the entire team that is working pre-Thanksgiving. The line was super long which is to be expected with a holiday so close, but everyone was doing their best to keep up and doing a great job. If customers would just pay attention and not be so difficult with their orders, lines would move like they should. Thank you everyone for your hard work and good luck with the rest of your shift :).

The reservation system seems like a joke. All you get for your effort is a chance to stand in line with everyone else.

Just ordered sandwiches and potato salad from here on Door Dash. Really good sandwich! Big enough for two lunches. They even threw in a couple of free cookies which I thought was nice. Will see definitely order again.

This is the best ham sandwich Ive had! The ham was thick, juicy and sweet! They have a variety of sandwiches and their ham and bean soup was delicious. The honey mustard was sweet, savory and a perfect compliment to the ham. Customer service was outstanding. Will definitely be returning!

We order in advanced a ham and turkey, the store have all my information and they don’t even have the decency to let me know they are out of turkey, 2 hours before my pick up time. Never order again here.

I walked into the store it smelled like weed .The ham was disgusting they gave me a half opened ham and it barely had meat on it was mostly fat .I was really disgusted by the whole experience.

The first time I went, I loved it. The second time, it was a disaster. I went in to get a sandwich and was treated so rudely by the staff, as if I was a bother to them. When I walked in the door, a lady started harassing me by getting in my face and asking me all sorts of questions about my order. When I told her I didnt place an order, she continued bothering me by insisting I have a free sample and I had to say no several times. The menu board for the sandwiches was missing. When I asked what happened to it, they told me that they were only serving pre-made sandwiches from their fridge. I found the one I wanted and paid for it. When I went to have a seat, thats when the trouble began. They had taken out all of the tables and chairs, even the stools at the front counter at the window. When I asked for a place to sit, the woman behind the counter argued with me. Basically, they didnt want anyone sitting down. They said that because it was the holiday season, they didnt want any customers sitting in the restaurant. I told them that I was there a week ago when it was still the holiday season and there was a spot to sit then. They had roped off an area for people to stand in line to pick up their orders. There wasnt a single customer in the store except me and they were telling me to leave. It wasnt until after I started complaining that they finally offered to get a stool for me. I told them forget it, Im just going to sit in my car. They should have brought one out when I was obviously looking for a spot to eat the food I had just bought. Very disrespectful to argue with a customer. They could have easily left a few stools out for someone to sit down. The food is very good, but I wont be back for a long time after that episode. Paying customers deserve to have a chance to sit down and not be challenged when they ask for a seat. Terrible service, they are rude and like to argue with customers.

Asked for a sandwich on a Bakers roll and received a croissant. Very skimpy on the ham. Looked nothing like the pictures they portray in their advertisements. Didnt fill me up at all! And where was my pickle? Wrong bread and no pickle! Sad.

Ordered a ham for Christmas. People were raving. Picked up a couple of sandwiches tonight. They were excellent. Very impressed. Well be back!

Nothing can top a Honey Baked Ham. This shop has the nicest manager/owner and staff. Also FYI their new Honey Baked Chicken Salad is delicious!

Really boring the employee there acted as if she was surprised I came in. Seem like they are only busy at Easter Thanksgiving and Christmas. Still you should be happy whenever you get a customer not like Im bothering you. How do this place stay open?

Drove all the way there on a snowy Sunday only to find out this location was closed due to being seasonal. Dont be fooled when they say theyre open.

The food is excellent, use to be a large place off of Gary Ave. but it closed and now there is this pop up store - all the employees are young and not professional. I went there about 10 times last year and each time the Sweet Potato Cas. was gone - I asked for them to hold some for me and they said ok but the next day, again nothing. They said the store in Schaumburg area took them all, gets first pick. There is nothing available in the store which is sad. I dont even stop anymore because the pickens are so slim and the help is all useless. I was a great customer and referred numerous people to you but never again. You apparently do not care about customer satisfaction or about maintaining inventory all over. Such a disspointment
