I have been shopping at this location for a while now. It is truly one of its kind due to an amazing staff. They are all always so nice and incredibly helpful. I never had a bad experience. I absolutely love shopping in here. They go above and beyond to service me. Thank you Eric for making a special trip to another location to make sure I get the flavor I was looking for. Excellent customer service.

I sustained an injury at work which required surgery and 2yrs. off my feet and have gained so much weight. I got serious about change and met Zack and the crew. I cant say enough about Zack. He didnt try to oversell. Told me what he uses and what he recommends and what he thinks will work. 2 weeks in and havent felt better in 2yrs. If you need guidance and knowledge no need to look anywhere else. I appreciate yous.

Lazy people, I tried calling for over a hour, when someone did pick up the phone finally, they left me on hold for 20 minutes, then when I tried to call back sounded like the phone was off the hook, and every 5 minutes I call, it still sounds like the phone off the cook

My doctor recommended two vitamins he wants me to take daily and told me to get them at The Vitamin Shoppe. I went into the store in Bloomingdale and the team there was very helpful!! Thanks Guys!!

Zechariah was very helpful in showing me what I needed to try and lose some weight. He told me how to take it to get the best benefits from it and I asked about adding something to help it along and he suggested get used to this first then add this. If you are not sure what you need to in and talk to these guys theyll get you fixed up.

Every time I go there, Andy the store manager just stares hard and annoyingly at everyone who enters. He never actually does anything either. Perhaps less steroids (or a personality) would do him good. Upper management should think about making a change there. Lost my business!!

Very good customer service here. Huge selection

The last time my wife, children, and myself went to this location we found our items and went to the front to checkout. There was a gentleman standing alone behind the counter at a sales computer so I walk up and set my items on the counter. He looked up, and stared at me annoyed I was there. The other employee came into the sales area and cheerfully said she could take care of me at the other counter. I moved my items over. I look over to see the first employees badge, and notice it says Andy store manager. We completed our transaction and left the store with the manager never saying a single word on only giving a annoyed stare at a customer trying to pay! This location just lost our business.
