Last night my friend and I visited this store to get some information about a guitar my friend had purchased from a third party. We were fortunate to receive help from Anthony. He was generous with his knowledge, and he took the time to explain the basic functions of the guitar to us. He gave us helpful recommendations for strings and other accessories that we would need going forward. We will definitely be back.

Pretty cool place that plays super cool music with quite a few instruments, I even saw a clarinet😱. They sell small instruments for kids who are just getting into music too. Ill make sure to come back if I ever break my guitar, need strings or a strap even though the girl working there accidentally threw water at me. 5⭐/5⭐ 👌

A small music shop avaliable at Stratford mall best to come here if you are in need if repairs, instruments are avaliable with great selections ranging from pianos, ukuleles, guitars, drums and, some maracas if you in ever in need. Overall a nice place however, some of their staff is not as helpful as some others may be

The store said that they would reopen at 12 and has yet to open. I was in need of new strings for my instrument and relied on this place since it is so close to home. Everytime I come they fail to be open

Not much of a selection but still cool to check out for a small store. Pianos, guitars, drum equipment and ukeleles from what i can remember.

Not a pleasant experience at this store. I had the displeasure of dealing with the owner of this store and he was not a very knowledgeable nor was he a very welcoming person. The encounter with him was very bad, treated me and other customers has if we shouldn’t even have stepped through the doorway. And as for the store itself, it is a very small store with very little to browse. Not to mention the instruments there were very cheap in quality, but were being sold for way more than other places with better quality instruments and I would assume with better customer service too. If I could give this store negative stars I would or at least zero stars but unfortunately one star will do. I think I’m more displeased by the poor customer service provided by THE OWNER of the store but as far as the store it’s self AVOID. It is definitely not worth anyone’s time nor money whatsoever.

Brand new store opened up, came in to check it out on Saturday. Got to store at 8:45 PM. Supposed to be open until 9 PM. Doors were locked and a girl sitting by the register said they were closed. Needless to say, first experience was terrible. I dont know if I really want to come back.
