Was leaving cook on a Sunday afternoon when my plane wouldnt start. Before I got out of my plane there were two line guys there to help me start it. Best FBO service anywhere!

Awesome customer service. Clean and updated facility. Courtesy cars were Cadillac brand. Really. Stopped in twice for drop off and pickup this last weekend. Great line personnel and desk help. Painless refuel while running to the University for drop off and pickup. Great job Cook Aviation!

Great facilities and customer service. Our Blackhawk unit showed up with 21 soldiers. They made sure we had vehicles to take everyone to lunch. Also, the refuel was fast and efficient. Definitely would stop here on another cross country.

This was a great FBO with excellent customer service and rampers! The facility itself is small, but it is well kept with complimentary snacks and drinks, and a comfortable crew rest area. Everyone was very friendly and offered good conversation as well as advice on the local area and IU charter flights. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to COOK Aviation and would definitely return.
