I contacted this company three times and have not received a response in 2-3 weeks. Id be cautious of using this company provided the lack of communication.

Only giving 1 star as this wouldnt post with 0 stars. Mothers contractor contacted Blm Tent and Awning for a deck awning we were getting replaced due to hail damage. Our brochure from the previous awning had the same model as the brochure that the Blm Tent and Awning guy had, so we were pleased to think we would get an identical replacement. Our meeting with Blm Tent and Awning was on Friday 4/19/19. By the following Wednesday our contractor contacted us and said Blm Tent and Awning never contacted him back, so he called multiple days leaving messages. When they still didnt call him back the contractor stopped by their shop to find all the lights on but all the doors were locked. Its been 2 weeks now and the contractor has reached out to a competitor in Peoria to do the work. Apparently Blm Tent and Awning doesnt care if you take your business elsewhere.
