Ordered congratulatory balloons for my daughter and her roommate when they both were selected to sorority houses a few weeks ago for the price of $111.00. I expected an absolutely amazing arrangement to be delivered and said ok to final price - While the woman that took the order was lovely, what was sent to them was TERRIBLE. If she charged $50 for this, than it would have been as expected - but this ... 12 regular balloons and one specialty. She told me she would make special house letters on balloons but turned out she printed and stuck them on one balloon. Couldnt even have taken the time to put one house on a separate balloon or printed large enough to actually look like it was supposed to be there. You can see where she stuck it on the specialty balloon under the Congratulations. I had to point out to the girls as it was so small. My advice would be to use of the local florists in Bloomington and they can do the same for half the price - I called and confirmed. She took complete advantage of an out of town parent. This woman owes me a partial refund. When I expressed my dissatisfaction via text, she never replied back to try to resolve.
