I admit to calling a few other places first... Id heard these guys were slow... I guess people will talk bad about others when they cant compete on workmanship. I did my homework... I talked to about 20 different people... I researched the internet. I kept coming back to this little company that is turning out awesome wraps, slowly I went in apprehensively as this car is my baby and my daily driver. I met with Roy. I can honestly say that his knowledge of the materials and industry far surpassed any of the other shops I spoke with. I had to do a double-take when he suggested that maybe a wrap wasnt what I really wanted and that paint protection was probably more than likely what I wanted. Then he told me that they dont do paint protection. He referred me to his competitor who he said would do a pretty great job for me. I went there. and they took great care of what I wanted done.... but I couldnt get rid of the nagging feeling that I was missing something...Why didnt Roy sell me a wrap? Why didnt he he just tell me it was as good or better than paint protection film? Thats what everyone else does...I went back to see Roy a few weeks ago... He was still wrapping cars...I told him that I WANTED to do business with him.Now my car is wrapped too!Some people are just real! I cant wait for my next car!!! I know whos wrapping it!!

Roy had the arduous task of working with my corporate graphic artist and his different way of creating files. After finding and correcting the errors of the other graphic guys files, and hooking us up with people to get our rims powder coated...the Magnum Mobile was unveiled! It has gotten the attention of everyone that sees it and the entire Magnum family! Roy is the best at what he does...and accepts nothing but perfection.

I recently called Roy about doing a wrap for me earlier this week. When we spoke on the phone, he said that it wouldnt be an issue at all. During this conversation, I asked him if he also built signs. His response was only for existing customers because we dont really like messing with them. I thought this was odd, but he was right when he told me about the material being superior that he uses for the wraps. He said he would email contract to me, and wanted me to print them out and bring them with me. I own another repair shop which keeps me supremely busy, so I never had the chance to print them out. Anyways, I decided to try him. I made an appointment for 10:00 Friday August the 21st. When I arrived, they had their personal vehicles in the way so you cant park somewhere without almost hitting other cars. Anyways, my buddy and I walked out into the shop and found Roy. He seemed surprised to see me. The red headed kid that helps install the wraps was clearly stoned, and Im pretty sure Roy was also. So I ask Roy what his ideas for my wrap may be. I dont have a logo for my new business yet, so I figured I would pay him to design one for me. He replied you mean we have to design this clear from the beginning ? Of course, I said yes. He just shook his head and said ok. So we go up to the office, where for some reason, neither of his secretaries are at work. So Roy fumbles around a bit, trying to figure out how to print out a contract. He never did figure it out, so he says I cant print out a contract, which is why I asked you to bring them printed with me. In my mind, I thought it was pretty unprofessional to blame it on me, especially when Im paying him for it. Meanwhile I run to the restroom. This place is a beautiful building that they have absolutely trashed. Litter laying around everywhere, I go in the gigantic restroom and see that it hasnt been cleaned in quite some time. I own a repair shop where we work on greasy diesels constantly, and my shop is much cleaner than a shop that only wraps vehicles!!!!! So I run back up to the front where Roy says again, I cant produce a contract, so I cant do anything. I said that its no big deal and his reply was yes it is, were not just gonna sit here and design wraps for people! I gave him a look that he must not have liked, so he hands me another customers contract and tells me to read it carefully and I could just sign the work order. So I look through this contract and see that if my vehicle isnt washed perfectly so they can prep it, then I would incur a 125.00 charge!!! Ive been to several wrap shops lately and found that there are only 2 people that try to charge you for the work youre already paying them for. So I look further into this rip off contract, turn it over to find the customers FULL CREDIT CARD INFORMATION! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was instantly outraged, so while Roy was conferring with 2 salesman rather than helping me, we left. 40 MINUTES LATER, Roy calls me and asks me where I ran off to. I told him about the credit card info on the contract, left it at that. I told him that he wasnt professional enough for me. His reply was wow, thanks bud, like I was the problem. I would absolutely NEVER waste my money with this business with the staff they are currently using. They are the most unprofessional people Ive seen in a long while. I would never leave my 20,000 dollar truck in the hands of these guys. By the way, the one good review I see is clearly a staged review, has scam written all over it, just like the rest of their business.
