I dont understand why they dont add more oil change stations you can pull in And get oil changes on the spot but here you have to wait 2 weeks does not make sense
I had an awesome and stress free experience. Phil Trout made my search for a vehicle actually fun. He video taped the vehicle before I got there so I was able to see all the features both inside and out. As he was videoing he explained what the features were so I knew a lot more about the vehicle before I saw it. Once I saw it I knew it was the one. Phil is a very good down to earth person that I can honestly say I would do future business with. Thank you for making my experience a joyful one.

Stopped this morning for a tire rotation and oil change. The flow of customers was steady and they handled this easily. I could see my car being worked on from the waiting area too, which I liked. In and out in about 35 minutes as well!The staff was great, the other customers were great, service was great. The only downside is this was slightly more than my last oil change but the quick service made up for this!
Wayne and his crew are very nice and helpful in getting you in and out as fast as they can. They get to know you and really help people understand how to maintain their vehicle. They never over promise but always over deliver.
Used to love quick lane!! Wayne is the best and would get you right in with a smile and if he couldn’t get you in would work with you. Now they merged with the service department and service overall has declined and wait time is ridiculous. Sad to say I’ll be finding a new service center 😞
I live out of town and was in Bloomington for a wedding last Saturday. Quick Lane at Sam Leman was close to my hotel and when I went out and found an almost flat tore on my car I called them. Wayne Tibbs, the manager, was extremely helpful. He got me squeezed into a busy schedule and got my tire fixed. Reasonable repair cost. Would recommend using this repair shop.
Came in for warranty service, busy in the morning with drop offs for the day but check in was efficient. Only draw back was a very small and dated customer waiting area.
Jimmy and John helped me get a great deal on a new Ford F-150. Jimmy even stayed late to answer all my questions and made sure I got the perfect truck for my family. THANKS!
Awful service. Dropped my car off for my 9:00 am appointment to get my car diagnosed. By 3:00 my car still had not been driven. Finally a little after 4:00 the diagnoses was complete, but they let me know they would have to keep it over night since they didn’t have enough time to fix it. The diagnosis for the squealing noise while driving was that my car needs new tires. Got new tires. My car is still making the exact same noise.
After being quoted very high prices, I took my vehicle to a local shop. Instead of paying Ford $1,782, I ended up paying $400 elsewhere.Please note this was a F150 I bought brand new and had for less than 3 years.Ford said Breaks and Rotors needed replaced on front and back of vehicle. Local shop said back breaks/rotors did NOT need replaced. Local dealer said I had at least 15,000 miles left on them.Check engine light came on for a Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor. Was quoted $762 for that to fix. Local dealer said sometimes something random could set that off and it might never happen again. He reset the check engine light and told me to call him if it comes back on. It never did. I would have spent $762 for nothing.I used to go to Ford for all of my visits, but I dont trust them anymore. I trust the local shop guy. Im EXTREMELY unhappy with Ford.
Worst ford quick lane ive ever been to and would not let them incompetent aholes change the oil on my lawnmower.
I brought my car here to have them mount and balance 2 brand new tires I ordered online. I made an appointment and was given a price $15/tire only to get a call back informing me the service manager said “you have to buy the tires from us in order for us to do this new policy blah blah blah”. I would have no issue buying them from you but your price was almost $100 more per tire. I have done this numerous times before at different ford (Gurnee and Chicago) I never had a single issue just paid the mount and balance fees and moved on. My last 4 vehicles have been ford and I’ve never had a single complaint about any ford experience. I guess I would avoid this place or even consider a different brand. It appears this shop is pretty desperate and money hungry as they don’t like you getting a better deal on your stuff. Pathetic! I also plan to send this experience to my ford representative Deysha.
