J&B staff actually work with you in an honest and sincere way.Absolutely a 5 STAR BUSINESS.The best experience and if you are in the market to purchase, you cant go wrong in stopping in.Ive been at other Dealers and after my first purchase there in 1996 and the service over the past 23 years with 6 vehicles. Well you just wont find a Dealer better than J & B.

First impressions are everything. I called on a bike Monday to find out they’re not open Monday. That’s fine. Emailed them and then called Tuesday at 9:30 AM. Described the model I’m looking at and sent my deal on a new 19 elsewhere. Also sent a thorough walk around video of my trade. Neil said he would be back to me shortly. I thanked him as I was going to give a deposit on the other bike but wanted to see what they could offer. Their model was a new 17 so I was hoping to save some money, being two years older than the other new one. By 330 I got tired of waiting so I called him back. Openly admitted he had not gotten to it yet. He sent me a quote but I could see he never viewed my video. He sent me a quote but I could see he never viewed my video. I was quoted $200 less for my trade and $200 more for the bike😂. Apparently starter bikes appreciate $200 a year. I suspect they will have it another three years and have to wonder if they’re even trying to sell bikes. Sent another email to ask if there was a mistake but no reply. Perhaps has the day off again? I rode my new 19 home last night. I’m not even compelled to call them next time.
