Purchased my new-to-me SUV here in April 2021. The sales team made it super easy to say YES! I highly recommend working with Jace! Came in for an oil change in August 2021 and the service department was super nice, explained everything they checked. I also appreciate the topping off of all fluids. Usually my husband does our vehicle oil changes but hes been working crazy hours. After my first service visit, I feel confident I will leave this task up to Independence.

Very enjoyable experience. Out sales person Jeff went out of his way to stay late and work around my crazy schedule to make sure that we got our truck in time to save our vacation! There was three communication throughout the whole process and they were very flexible with setting things up that worked for us. Got a great deal and will definitely be returning in the future!

Very poor customer service. Discussed purchase of a new Mustang Mach-e with both a salesperson and manager, Mike Secules. Was quoted MSRP and agreed to move forward with credit check, etc. The following day was contacted by another manager that different customer was interested in the vehicle and that they would no longer honor the original offer, but would instead add a $2000 up-charge. I have no idea if the other customer actually exists or if they are just trying to take advantage of me, but either way I will be more than happy to take my business elsewhere.What type of dealership makes one quote and then changes it higher by $2000 the following day??? Buyer beware of this place...

Much better experience 3-4 years after my first visit to dealership. They did not have any of the year I had originally wanted to purchase. However, after a bit of back and forth they made a very similar deal for me on a 2021.The salesmen knew an extensive amount about the vehicle we were interested in and even stayed past his shift in order to assist with any questions. As a consumer this is all one can ask for in the fact that the service was straight forward and fit all our wants for a new vehicle .

I purchased a Transit 350 van about 6 months ago from here. My sales representative,Jeff Price, was extremely helpful with the whole process and even picked me up personally from the airport when I flew in to pick up the vehicle. Israel in financing was also very helpful, it was my first time financing a vehicle and he walked me through the process and stayed late to finish the paperwork with me. We really enjoyed working with Jeff Price and the team at Independence Ford when we went to investigate then purchase the Odyssey. Jeff isnt your average auto salesman because hes very black and white, not pushy, and you TOTALLY want to buy him a beer after its all said and done! He showed us all the high-tech stuff in our new vehicle and what he didnt know he figured out then trained us which was a hilarious 30 minute + experience. The whole team is seriously great and the process didnt even feel like a painful car buying process, it was just smooth with no hidden anything. We bought a Taurus from the dealership and had the pleasure of working with Jeff Price. He was very friendly and accommodating. I dont have a fond appreciation for salesmen, but he was not pushy or condescending like some others we have dealt with in the past from other places. We ended up calling one of the financial institutions they submitted an inquiry to to ask a question, and the loan manager commented that the dealership is very reputable. We also dealt with Mike and Israel who were also very friendly and not pushy. We are very happy with the car so far and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Being credit challenged I knew it was going to be harder to get into a good vehicle that fit my needs but Jeff Price and the team at Independence Ford were phenomenal. After trying more than several cars, they worked tirelessly to find one that worked with in the parameters set by the bank but also fit my needs and one that worked payment wise. Bad service and cant talk to anyone who will help. Had vehicle for over a week for simple fix and charged alot for labor. Picked vehicle up and after got home noticed it had no headlights working. Wont take it back asap and fix, have to make appointment. Was inspected and passed while there. Cant drive in the dark or use it lime normal and have to bow down to the delaership who caused it. Ridiculous.

I was dreading the process to be honest. I wasn’t looking for a new car, just a solid reliable used vehicle that my wife could depend on. Something she could feel safe transporting our babies to and from where they gotta go. ok not babies 11,& 7. but also something she could actually enjoy!!! When i put my vehicle in park i drew a giant breath closer to a sigh, knowing the second i open that door i was gonna get pounced on by a half a dozen ravenous car salesmen. Almost like a pack of hyena who hadn’t eaten in weeks. But to my delight..... nothing!!!!!! I was able to browse at my leisure and comfort which immediately set me at ease. Then i was approached by a gentleman who was supremely knowledgeable at what he does. his demeanor was one i wasn’t expecting. more than his knowledge, i was impressed by his courtesy and genuine care about getting me and my family in a vehicle. He was boisterous but not pushy which won me over big time. I knew what i wanted before i set foot on their lot. i was not goin to be swayed. I had my guard up at first, waiting for this shyster to do his biding. by the end my guard was down.We shook hands as an honest exchange of goods and services was achieved. Common ground was met. It was a fair give and take process, i felt as though we both walked away happy with the outcome. I got a glorious Explorer for my Bae and babes and Salesman Jeffrey Price changed my opinion and proved to me personally...... I was passing through on the highway and broke down. The tow truck driver was friendly and professional. I was given a quote and agreed. They ordered the wrong part, took an extra day and added almost $200 to the bill without prior discussion. This may be a fine place for locals, but they seem to take advantage of those who arent expected to return. Not a credit to the Ford brand.

Free lifetime oil changes with the purchase of a new vehicle here is very nice but when I have an appointment and say Ill be waiting for the car I expect it to be done in a timely manner. It doesnt take an hour to change oil. If they are booked and dont have time to get it done then dont schedule so many appointments at once. This is the third time this has happened. My advise to anyone is to have someone pick you up or bring a book because youll be waiting a while. At least the waiting room is decent .

I needed a seal replaced in my windshield. I drove to Honda and a young woman from the Parts Dept. Came out to look at what I needed. She then sent me to the Auto Body area. A young man came out and looked at the windshield, went back inside and returned with a estimate. schedule an appt within three days. I over slept on the day of the appointment. I called and they told to bring my car in, which I the did. A young man came out and took my car and I went I side to wait. Within a half hour my car was finished. Every one was very nice and the work done quickly and professionally. The cost was very reasonable. I recommend them.

Always have a great experience with them. They go above and beyond your needs without even asking. I have been to their body shop twice. 1st time my car was backed into and thought I would be leaving with half a decal, but no they removed the whole thing and replaced my rain guards. The 2nd time they not only replaced my tail light but also screwed the bumper back in so its not flapping in the wind. I will always go here for any body work I need, they are the best! Kind and caring staff!

This is the 2nd time Ive had my vehicle in for service. The first time they couldnt figure out what was wrong with my vehicle. Then the 2nd time I have an antifreeze leak somewhere. Once again they do not know where the leak is at. I definitely made the mistake of taking it back there the 2nd time. I will never buy a car from independence Ford in bloomsburg again. A family member of mine was going to buy a car from independence Ford. I will definitely tell her the lemon they sold me and how they didnt care to find the problem with my car. The service manager is rude, and not courteous at all. I will take my business elsewhere.

Made the mistake of buying a car from here. Made an even bigger mistake having them do repairs on the the vehicle. Made the ultimate mistake of taking it back to them after their first repairs failed. Spend upwards of $2,000 in repairs over four months. When I took it to be fixed elsewhere, the guys at the honest mechanics’ realized I had paid Independence Ford for over 14 hours of labor for essentially nothing. When I went in to complain, they shrugged. When I persisted, they eventually refunded $200 of my money. So— a ten percent refund for zero work done. — Run away from this place. They represent the worst parts of the industry.

I have been coming to Independence Ford for about 6 years now. I have always had great service, quality care, and courtesy. People here are to me, considered family, and always will be. Service department has taken care of my vehicle and my mothers, also people who I have sent here as well. Sales department sold me my Toyota got me a great rate, reasonable payments. Like I said before the staff here are awesome, if you give them your time they will give you superior results and class. Body shop has worked on my ford, great work fast results. I would and still do recommend going to Independence Ford for anything and everything you need for your next purchase or work done on your vehicle.

If I could give them less then one star I would. We have been dealing with independence now for several years. We have never purchased a vehicle from them but used the dealership for service and auto body repairs. The service department does a fair job but nothing to rave about that’s for sure. The auto body shop and auto detailing shop are horrid. I would recommend staying away from this dealership. The auto body shop denied damages were done to our vehicle in an accident so we ended up having to go through a long process of getting it approved by our insurance company. Luckily we have an outstanding auto insurance company. We took our vehicle in four times to get detailed, each time we took it in they sad that they would make sure it was done correctly. We received the vehicle back with coffee still on the interior and mud inside the door jambs. Not what I would call a detailed vehicle. Again I’d recommend staying away

Wonderful Service Experience !!! I needed a set of tires for my Ford Taurus. I contacted a local tire store and Independence Ford for prices. Not only did I receive a better price on the same identical tires from Independence Ford the rebate was $20 more. As an added surprise / bonus Dave Kerr in service not only filed the rebate for me he also registered my new tires with the DOT.

I have been using the body shop for years! Deer seem to target my vehicles, over the years that have taken care of a Toyota Camry, Ford Ranger, and now I have a Hyundai Kona that was just in for an estimate! These guys are very good at what they do and always there to answer questions even after they are done with the work required.

I gave this place two stars only because of how disappointed and disgusted I was with there body shop. I first came in April due to a bumper fender and at that time my experience was amazing. It took them 3 days to fix and paint my bumper. On June 24th I dropped off my van due to a F250 hitting my driver side back rear and door. I dropped off my Van and I was told my van would be ready by July 17th. The week of July 17th I called regarding status on my Van, I left a few voice mail and messages and I didnt hear back from them until the following week, which I was told my Van would be ready by July 24th. I called again the week of the 24th and I was told my van would be ready by July 27th, due to the Tech being on vacation. I called again on July 27th and I was told my Van will be ready by July 28th. I called again on the 28th and I was told my Van was ready for pick up. I picked up my Van on July 28th and the inside of my Van was full of white residue from the repairs they made. I am so disappointed with how this whole process went and how inconvenient and lack of communication they were. I spoke with the repair shop about how my Van was returned and they wanted me to drop off my van after I was already home and there office was going to close in 10 mins from my call. I am not sure if they changed employees, but my 1st experience was way better than my last, and I would not recommend this place at all.

Poor service. Had 8:00am appoitment for oil change and tire rotation. It was 10:00 am until they were done. A customer having the same service done and with a 9:00 am appointment was in and out way before me. Spoke to service and got all kinds of excuses but said they were sorry. I am done with purchases and service at this dealership.

You give these people an arm,leg and anything else but wont help you get your vehicle you want! Worst exprience ever! Will not return

Was not happy at this place. There were a few things that I wasnt happy about, but the first straw was when I had my car taken in after I bought it the mechanics left their gloves and hair nets all over in the car. Thanks! Also, For two months my car would repeatedly not start and both times I took it in to get checked they claimed they checked everything and found nothing wrong with it. Then it wouldnt start again and I took it to a garage and they said the battery was dying. The mechanic at the garage asked me how independence ford missed a dying battery?! RIP off. Was very upset. Sold the car and switched to Honda.

I have been here twice within the last few months and both times I have had less than pleasant experiences. The first visit I scheduled an appointment to take a look at a car but the salesman treated me like a child to the extent that I couldnt even speak to him. I turned around leaving him stand there and I left. I visited again to look at an SUV with every intention to use a different salesman than the first. This new salesman was very nice and helpful and I decided to move forward with this vehicle. After going back to the showroom, I was introduced to the sales manager, Matt. He told me I should have them hold it for me until I could work with my bank on Monday. I told him I couldnt put any money down right then to which he replied Youre shopping for a car. Dont you think you should have some cash with you? Good job, Matt. You lost todays sale as well as any business I would have considered with you in the future. This establishment needs to work a little more on how they treat their customers. Two thumbs down.

They lost my business. I was interested in Ford escape, it was posted online. When I went to check it out, the salesman told me that the vehicle in not there because one of the employees takes it home and he added that i need to call him before 5 pm if I wanted to test drive the vehicle. Unheard of. I went somewhere else.

Tried selling me a 2010 Chevy Aveo with 50k miles for 10 grand i looked at the guy said is that the best you can do he said he might be able to do 9500 I laughed and walked out. If you are not a car person thats a terrible deal maybe worth 6k at most

The sales staff that my family interacted with lacked professionalism. I recently had 2 different sets of friends also encounter the same thing. I read the reviews and see that others have encountered rudeness also. Maybe if one is buying a brand new $30,000 car where the sales staff is receiving a big commission, the story might be different.I would also like to add that buyers should be cognizant when signing documentation prepared by dealers--make sure and ask questions regarding fees, etc.I am also a strong believer in that if mistakes are made one should take ownership of them and move on--I believe most would be more understanding if this were to happen--but attempting to make the customer believe that something is their fault when it definitely is not, is wrong and would only lead to loss in future sales from not only the current purchaser but from the people these customers come in contact with.

Salesman was very shady. He waits until end of sale to mention the car only had one key. Tells me on amazon a key is $15. Total bs. Had to go to an authorized dealer and pay $300 for a key that should have came with the car. They didnt even offer to compensate me for the key. Total Scam Artist Beware!

Very disappointed with my purchase. When you buy a car from a dealership you always get 2 keys. The salesman decides to tell me the car only has one key after we sign all the paperwork and Im ready to leave. He tells me you can get a key for $40. False. I went to Toyota dealership and they want $300 for a key programmed and I have to drive 45 mins each way to get it done. The salesman or dealership never even offered to get me another key. Now Im stuck paying more for a key then what the car payment is. Very shady and deceptive dealership. Will never go back or recommend anyone to buy from them. I will be contacting bank and BBB bureau. I shouldnt be out $300 for something that comes with a car at purchase.

The floor sales staff themself are nice but their higher ups represent the worst of the worst I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Incredibly rude experiences with them for simply wanting to check out stock. I’m an active buyer again looking to replace my car and if I’m looking for anything Ford related I’ll happily drive over to Sunbury Motors now. They don’t treat customers like marks to scam.Conversely the Honda section of the dealer is spectacular. Some of the nicest around. Shame that they’re in the same dealer family. They lost any future business from me just by association.

Never went to the dealership. Was looking to buy a car today, and inquired on their website for more information. I received 4 emails, 2 texts and 2 phone calls that told me nothing about the vehicle. But was asked to schedule an appointment for a test drive next week. Who has time for that? What happened to the days where you could just show up, test drive, and buy? Thats exactly what I did, somewhere that was not Independence Ford

Service and parts staff are really nice. They tried to help me out since I was only in for the weekend and towing a camper. I only had a small problem and they fit me in quickly.

Absolutely hated it. Quoted me for body work and suspension work for 2-3 weeks took over a month for them to even look at it. Let alone do the body work and other damage.

Nice friendly environment was in for recall work in and out in good time.

They said the part for my vehicle is obsolete. But A&A and Napa Auto Parts can get it for me. Plus my mechanic in Benton is cheaper than Independence Ford.

My Ford account shows that I have earned a free oil change and I scheduled an appointment to have it done. When I get there they inform me that I dont qualify because I didnt buy my vehicle there even though they have been servicing and inspecting my vehicle since 2013!!!! When I question them they say that they discontinued the program even though my account shows them as my dealer for service and it clearly states the current date and the free oil change! We have also purchased parts from them for years. Needless to say they will no longer get any business from us!!!!

Purchased a truck from them pre owned with no warranty for 13,000 dollars and less than 600 miles later its broken and they wont even diagnose it for free to at least tell me what the problem is. They told me itll be at least 3 hours of work at 105 dollars an hour. So much for standing behind their vehicles!

There service is very expensive for not doing hardly nothing to your vehicle. My transmission in my 2001 f350 over heated and I had lost a few quarts of fluid and had it towed there to see why it had done that so they had it 2 days and drove it and said nothing is leaking and it runs fine but they suggested I get it rebuilt for 3500??? I declined and they said i shouldnt drive it??? Been driving it and towing heavy for over a year since I added a larger cooler on it.. So for them just adding a few quarts of trans fluid and said they used alot of cleaner to clean trans off to see it came out to almost 500 bucks..They say dealers are expensive for a reason
