Customer service sucks and they close so early. i came to get developer at 7 on a thursday and they were closed. someone was still there but said they couldn’t take anyone. ❤️

The store is clean and well organized. However the employee that was there was obnoxious.

The young lady working provided excellent customer service and she assisted me in finding everything I needed.

Love this shop. Better employees here than at other locations. They are always willing to help and always ask if you need help.. even if youre in there all the time lol. I enjoy going there. Wish the company had a better rewards program though.

One of the employees was very kind and helped me find a great bleach and hair-dye that didnt destroy my hair! store is a bit small when it comes to distancing for covid though

Was looking to go platinum/white blonde without having to spend a fortune at a professional salon. My hair is a natural medium/medium-dark brown. Upon walking in was greeted with friendly smiles and extremely helpful and personable sales associates. Probably butchering the name here, but ask for Katy. She helped me achieve the color I was looking for in a safe and cost effective way. Overall I would highly recommend coming to Sally’s for all of your hair styling, coloring, etc needs. My experience while shopping at this store was horrible. The employees were not helpful at all, they were rude, and had an attitude. When the opportunity to help a customer is given to them they show no signs of wanting to do their jobs. When asking for help it is very hard to get a direct answer or have someone show you what you need and to have the help you need. If youre going to work at a place that has to directly talk and help people I suggest getting better staff for it since people there clearly do not wanna help or when they have to they do it they give attitude to the customers. But this isnt every employee working at Sally Beauty, it was just these two ladies who were awful employees. Prices for products are not clearly marked which was confusing and made these two ladies have to do their job once again and help which was so awful for them.

Even when it was almost time to closing the girl was very helpful and friendly.

Always helpful and have everything I need. Prices are great.
