Went to gamestop to get a xbox seriesX and when I was there the district manager Addison showed up abut 22:00 and said he appreciated us being there and asked what we wanted from dunkin donuts in the morning he brought us coffee at about 6am then opened at 7am the customer service was awesomeanatedThank YouDonnie Perkins

They are a pet friendly store so you dont have to leave your pet behind at home or in the car which is dangerous in the hot weather.

Friendly and helpful staff. Usually they do their best to help you find what you want. A bit pricey at times for used games. But very convenient.

GameStop is going down the drain they are letting big corporate franchises take over their stores. Not happily that they would rather shut down their stores than find a way to compete. Gamestop was always my go to for games and accessories and they are letting places like Walmart and amazon push them out of the way. Not cool. I dont want to wait for my games to be delivered or pay walmarts 3x GameStops price to get what i need. I honestly think this organization needs to step it up do something major and say we will not be pushed out of existence like blockbuster.

Had what I was looking for very organized

Went today to pick up a used copy of Call of Duty: Black ops III. The store wanted full price $29.99 for a used game without the original case. I told the guy that I could buy this game for a few dollars cheaper and I could get the original case. But instead I was just given attitude and I was told just to do that. I would have bought the game for $19.99 but there was no indication that they would sell the game for cheaper. I end up ordering the game off of Amazon brand new in the original case for $25.

The place was PACKED! Guess they were all stockholders. ;)

I understand their is a pandemic going and thats why you arnt accepting cash. But at least tell me on the phone when I tell you Im coming to look for a game. Instead you wasted my gas and time by having me drive up their and look through your entire selection just to find out I cant purchase it due to you not taking cash. I wont be purchasing anything from this gamestop for a while.

I know her name because I asked her, because I couldnt believe how professional she was the store was packed everyone needed help she was only one in the store!! She deserves a raise!!! Under mines the customer and rips them off when doing trade ins. $50 for a 2tb Xbox one is close to illegal.

Idek what Game Stop prestige is but its a gamestop so I can tell you theres nothing prestigious about it. Dont go for any thing other then next years FIFA.

Preston is a god among men. People will drive serveal hours to this GameStop just to get the chance to meet him. Hes kind, funny, smart, and well groomed. I was having major issues with beating Super Mario Bros. 2, so I brought it to gamestop and Preston beat it for me. Then we got ice cream.
