Sent my son who attends college nearby in for a Oil change. He stated that the Staff was very nice to deal with, Service was done promptly and price when done was what was advertised from the Appt set online. He was not pushed items not needed or pressured in any way. Glad to know while he and his brother attends college in that area that there is a good dealership and service Dept that they can go to when needed.

The work was done wonderfully. My crashed car likes like it is new again. It did take quite a long time, but not necessarily their fault as they had to wait on parts. The body shop rep, Cassidy, was friendly and communicated with me the entire process.

Matt was very attentive...informative and helpful. No pressure, which is something we appreciate. We were just contemplating whether it would be feasible to trade our Impala in. However, I will say that I was slightly disappointed at the trade-in value of our vehicle. Researching on KBB, our Impala was worth...trade in value...$12,608-$14,729. We were given a trade-in value of $12,300. That truly made my decision on purchasing the vehicle we were contemplating. It wont hamper us from browsing your car dealership again and were pleased with the service center and Matt.

1. Not all employees wore their masks. Some had around their chins. Some didnt have them anywhere on their body at all.a. when service desk employees entered the waiting room, they did not pull their masks up. HOWEVER, the mechanics did!b. the guys working the parts desk IN the waiting room, were not wearing their masks AT ALL.2. The labor fee is astronomical. Literally $100 per hour, and I am willing to bet that the mechanics dont get to see nearly that much for an hour of their work.Probably not going back again.

This is the dealer where my lease originated. My car was brought in for an a/c issue, and the svce team said it may be related to a minor body damage issue. They then had the audacity to charge me for it! Very poor business practice.

First of all when I made my appointment I was told that 3pm was the last available one and I told him Id have to take that one but I get out of work at 3 he then said well youll want to drop it off then. I asked how I was supposed to do that when its my only vehicle. Also when I got my vehicle back in which they were supposed to do a complete service of the vehicle which checking the air pressure in the tires was part of that all 4 tires had different pressures in them.

All is good.It will be better to wash car for 10 dollars if customer willing to pay $10 for basic car wash.It may keep option if customer wish to wash car. Thus the Dealership get steady revenue and keep record of vehicles come for service. They should closed the service area and keep 100% AC in the front area. The complementary water bottle is god idea too. This will looks a lot better impression on any incoming customers.

My car had a bad misfire in it. It eventually stopped itself but still wanted to have it checked.Turns out that the spark plugs were ALL loose. So they removed them, cleaned them and put them back in.No issues with it since.Was very fast and efficient.

Didnt change my oil until I told them when all that info is on the screen when you start the car. Also the inspection was run out and nobody even noticed. You had it for three days.

Had the neighbors car in for inspection and an oil change. People were friendly and the service was good.

I have visited this place three times to service my car now and twice have left unsatisfied with their service. I only go in for routine things and one visit was a recall. The business that is SERVICE does not care to help you. On a recall instead of helping me they yelled at me saying they wouldn’t get paid if I already started the process at another dealer. Thanks for your concern for my recall NOT! Now I get my oil changed and they can’t inspect my car. What a joke. You’re lucky you’re in a college town and kids have limited choice.

Great peace to purchase your new or used vehicle, I just purchased a new vehicle there, and the sales team was great. Chad is the guy who sold me my vehicle, but the rest of the team assisted as much as they could with rounding up, and occupying my kids. They dont pressure you into anything. The staff is knowledgeable of the vehicles they sell. I will more than likely purchase more of my vehicles there.

They were suppose to rotate my tires. I told them the front drivers side needed air. My itemized bill stated the tires were rotated and air was added to my tire but the sensors read the same when I picked it up as they did when I dropped it off. Im not convinced that my tires were really rotated.

Good customer relations. Your blue 16 Chevy truck was nice and good price, until I was told what type engine was in it. That engine is good until the electronics start going bad. Than nothing but costly problems.

Steve does a great job addressing any issue or concern you may have regarding your vehicle. He has a strong I.T. background which helps with researching technical bulletins, warranty information, and or system updates. He takes his time and explain things in great detail to make sure you understand the service being performed. He also helps Chevy owners who are not I.T. savy, understand the computer modules with their vehicle. Cars have to be updated just like your cell phone now.

They grossly mark up their cars and all the good deals are generally taken by staff before ever released to public. I talked to owner face to face and he tried to sell me a 2012 Chevy Aveo with 75k miles for 10,000 when I talked him down he came to 9,500. I was disgusted he was willing to try to give me that raw of a deal. I highly recommend you do your car shopping elsewhere

I had ordered Cadillac winter mats through Cadillac and they sent the wrong color. Our dealership did not have the mats so they were sent from Bloomsburg Cadillac. I spoke with Jason from service and he figured out a way for us to swap the mats for the right color. I returned the mats and several days later I got a call from Jason. He wanted to know if he could drive the new mats to me because he was having trouble getting a shipping label from Cadillac. He drove over an hour to deliver me the mats. What amazing people and customer service. If I lived closer, I would service my car at Bloomsburg Cadillac!

Chevrolet Bloomsburg is my favorite!

Bought a 2015 Jeep here in 2016 with almost no miles. Thought they were very helpful. They even set me up with extended warranty and made the buying process easy. Fast forward 3 years and some miles. Had an issue with my vehicle, sent it in to be looked at, and the run around began. First, my vehicle was fine and they couldnt realize the vehicle was bucking (Im sure they didnt give it a full test drive as this was a common issue and happened every time. Second, they realized there is a problem but couldnt diagnose it, so it had to go to Chrysler. Finally, the vehicle has been repaired and is available to pick up $700 later, because the warranty company wont cover it I called the extended warranty company, who has stated that nobody has reached out to them since they were unable to perform a full diagnostic. Im entirely disheartened with how this was handled and why they are telling me something other than what the warranty company is stating. Not sure if I will come back for another vehicle.

Immediately began to have a series of serious, engine related problems. Ended up being a protracted situation over a period of 90 plus days.The entire staff at Chevrolet Cadillac of Bloomsburg were advocates for our needs and issues from the very first day. This ranged from the owner of the dealership to service and many other staff. The owner served as our link to Cadillac and GM. He was continuously keeping our needs in the forefront and did everything in his power to expedite a resolution. The situation was successfully resolved on 8/2/2019.We are in the possession of a brand new 2019 Cadillac XT5 and are thrilled with the vehicle. My 17 year old grandson recently bought a used car from these people. The next day the engine light comes on and his parents took the car to a repair shop where they diagnosed a bad transmission. The dealership refused to pay the bill for a replacement transmission nor will they take the car back. This dealership should be ashamed of themselves for selling a car that they must have known was defective to a 17 year old kid.
