Staples is great, I can never get out of there because I take forever

Stopped in today to inquire about laminating our newly updated Covid vaccine es. Was pleasantly surprised to learn they are not charging and offering the service free. Very generous! Thank you so much.

I love Staples, I have had 4 orders (online) with them and have been so satisfied with the prices, products and an incredible 2 days delivery (actually 43hrs) free shipping, I will definitely buy again soon.

Ive found that the service depends on the time of day: sometimes they are busy & other times they arent - feast or famine. Theyve always been very helpful & pleasant to me. I do miss their former location which offered more inventory but that was a corporate decision. It would be helpful if they had more copying machines - they seem to be high matainance machines.

Anytime that I was ever in Staples I never had a bad experience. All staff I dealt with were very helpful and easy going with lots of patience.

Would be a better store if they had someone in the printing area that was more knowledgeable etc. I find they simply put bare min. staff on to assist who always has to Let me ask someone, I dont know. Store is clean and nice. Would use it more if staffing was better.

Dropped off a signiture to be made into a stamp 24hrs ago. I was told it would be ready by end of business. Came in following day 22hrs later. Still not even touched. Lady asked if I wanted to wait for it. She then proceeded to help anyone and everyone who walked in the door. Approaching an hour of standing here waiting on someone to even pick up the stamp and start it. Ridiculous

Asked me to leave because I didn’t have a mask on, had the nerve to ask about my medical info. Won’t be returning ever

You do not want to ship packages from here need to add more people. Also when did we stop greeting and being friendly to the customers. The front cashier was awesome very friendly and helpful.

Only had a problem once at this store. Did a same day order on a banner but they didnt have time to get it done that day. Was to be done the next and they would call me. Took 2 more days. Other than this no problems. Prices are ok on some things good on some others

They typically do not carry much. Employees generally do not know where things are or do not know what you are talking about. The store is understaffed. However, what is lacking in these areas is generally made up for in courtesy and friendliness. The prices are on par with most office supply stores.

I went to print and fax one piece of paper. The Staples computer I used didnt print my document, or my receipt. I had to wait nearly 30 minutes for the one associate in the entire print department to finish making copies so they could figure out why my document didnt print. I will drive to another city to avoid using this Staples again.

Staples-Bloomsburg is an almost unconscionably inefficient place to do business, especially if you are shipping UPS from there without prepaid shipping. I do not understand how this store is still in business. Avoid when you can.

Went in to buy a printer stood looking at printers for 10 minutes Associates all standing around and walking past not one asked if I needed any help I then went up to the customer service ask for help they said they know nothing about printers but they would find someone I stood around for 15 more minutes and no one came to help very disappointed with the customer service at the store I ended up walking out without a printer that I need for my job I will go to Walmart or find somewhere else give my business to.

Approximately 11:30 3-3-2019 I stood at the ink cartridge section in full view of the cash registers for 10 minutes and a female and Male employee stood talking and when they disappeared I had to go chase another employee in the store for help NEEDS EMPROVEMENT !!!

300 sheets copied in color 165.30. How ridiculous
