I’ve been going to Walmart Vision Center for a few years now and never had a complaint. The doctors are great! Today I called to order contacts, which I’ve done before. I was told by a very rude staff member that I couldn’t order contacts over the phone, that I would have to go in person to order, pay, and pick them up separately. When I tried explaining that I’ve previously ordered contacts over the phone and then paid when I picked them up she very rudely said “doubtful but I’ll double check” and proceeded to tell me I would need to be in person for ordering, payment, and pickup. If there was a policy change, that’s understandable. However, the way it was presented is unacceptable. I will no longer recommend them to anyone and will no longer be giving them any of my money. Their front line staff needs to be seriously evaluated. I would be mortified to have patient facing employees speak to customers that way.

The doctor has a great personality! I think his name was Joe.

Staff is excellent and knowledgeable! Great service!

My regular doctor moved into this office a few years ago and has turned me off of the whole place because the staff is a joke.
