They have consistently messed up on my prescriptions at least once a month. I usually get 3 to 6 scripts every month. They have one excuse after another as to why they cant fill one. I have had to go without maintanance scripts for a week at a time because of their incompetence. I never had this problem with any other CVS except Bloomsburg.

Thomas the store manager (I assume since he’s the only one that’s knowledgeable and super helpful.) Should be managing all CVS stores! He is a prime example of how all associates/workers should be. His assistance with my grandmother in finding a wheelchair was OUTSTANDING! Even using personal “not work hours” to offer to deliver. His kindness and knowledge needs to be rewarded.Why CVS hasn’t seen the potential in this employee is beyond me. Wow just wow... My family and I will continue to go to any CVS Thomas works at. He really cares about the public and it shows!Thomas, I hope you are reading this. And my prayers go out to you and yours. Thank you for going above and beyond!

They have what I need most of the time and I find items others dont even carry. I have a government card that allows me to get $95 worth of eligible items every month. Saves me money

I believe there staff is doing a fairly good job, but try and call the store is another issue, having to listen to a recording and all the Prompts and then waiting and waiting for someone to answer the phone, sometimes up to 18 minutes absolutely disgusting, CVS needs a better way to communicate

Spoke to the pharmacist tonight in regards to a discrepancy on a prescription. I have been with this CVS for 20 years. Her social skills were poor at best and seems delighted I indicated I will be taking my prescriptions elsewhere. Welcome to CVS Bloomsburg. I for one am going elsewhere.

Weeds growing inside the sidewalks and parking lot. No pride taking on the outside of the building and parking areas. I guess CVS has no Civic pride.
