My experience started out adequate, I gave him all of my materials needed for my project, and offered to pay him extra in order to get a simple order done. All terms were agreed to and he then proceeded to push my project back by a month and even passed over the event I needed the work done for! Ive personally worked in the same machinery as the shop and would have had the shirts finished in ten minutes for a much cheaper price. The customer service was one of the works experiences Ive had in my 30 years on this earth, the worker got irate and very belligerent with his choice of words and actions.CONSIDER OTHER LOCAL SHOPS FOR QUALITY SERVICE, I HAD MY SHIRTS MADE IN 20 minutes same day by another store.All Ive lost are two J. Crew polos due to this negligence of this business Please re-evaluate your business model and customer relations, they are piss poor.

Absolutely horrible customer service. An organization I am a part of at Bloomsburg University ordered quarter zips and baseball tees in October 2016. The guy said theyd be done before winter break. They werent. Then he said they be ready during break and our advisor could go get them. He never contacted her. He said someone picked the stuff up which was a lie. In fact he had never even started doing the stuff. Now its March 30th, and he admitted he does not have the quarter zips done but would try and get them done. Not sure if were getting our money back but we definitely DO NOT recommend this business. We called him and left messages dozens of times on top of all that. Wagners does a much better job and has significantly better customer service. I wish I could not give it any stars. We just had a very bad customer service experience because of the amount we spent on it.

Ordered 200 shirts to be printed incramentally. He printed half and stopped printing my orders. He also ruined a 400$ order by spelling a word wrong. Sent them back to be fixed. Months went by. No response to emails and texts. This man owes me 100 shirts that I BOUGHT and 400$. I am in the process of taking legal action. I would highly advise never paying in advance of pick up. This business cannot be trusted.

Single handedly the worst customer service I’ve ever had I go to order he says 2 weeks 1 at the earliest and I can pay when I pick it up. A month goes by and I call him to which he says I haven’t started it because I want you to pay first so I go in and pay. After I pay he says it should be ready by tomorrow, another week goes by and he still has not started it and said other projects are ahead of me. I finally demand a refund I go in he doesn’t have 5 dollars and he has to write me out a check and gives me the WRONG SHIRT. So I had to walk back up in the freezing cold and pick it back up absolutely pathetic never shop here.
