I went their to buy a Stihl chainsaw and they grabbed it and put it together great but when I asked what kind of chain to use they had no idea what the difference was between a semi chisel and a full chisel and then I went to get my chained sharpened and they burnt the inside of it and pressed the cutter way out so now when I cut it won’t even cut with the chain. Not happy with that but when I first saw them I thought they were great but no.

Bloomsburg store ! Walked out 6 years ago dealt with owner on purchasing a 35000.00 machine! Did not get necessary information, return of phone calls for days . Did not give me options on different machines!Last week gave them another shot went in to purchase a stihl pole saw . I called from Wilkes barre to be sure they had saws told the girl I talked to I would be there about 4:50 on Friday! After working a 67 hr week ! I got there at that time picked up 3 saws trying to see which one I liked ! After about 10 minutes the salesman said we are open tomorrow you can come back then ! WTH!!!! I almost walked out but was to tired to go elsewhere! I made a 400.00 purchase and left! Probably by 5:10 !!!!!I am so truly sorry that he had to work 10 minutes overtime!!!!! ( not).They may have tractor parts phone number but in no way will you ever get that kind of service from this Bloomsburg branch of ch waltz!

With everything on backorder these days I wasnt expecting my machine for a while. After a week or so Mike reached out and told me another one of their stores received one and it would be brought in for me. Very easily couldve just waited until the one I ordered showed up but he took the time to check regularly. Ive also purchased a saw from there and was incredibly satisfied with the service for a $200 saw. Will definitely return!!!

Good staff and they are a bit stiff on workman shift fees but work is at least top notch!

My dad bought a snow blower there for his tractor that was missing 1 of the drive shafts and 1 drive shaft looked used. Made several calls to which we never received a call back. Went to store just to be treated like it was our fault and had no idea what we were talking about. Was told we had to pay shipping on the missing part and if we wanted the used one to look new all we had to do was paint it. Very poor customer service. Never been treated that bad anywhere

Asked about part, said they would call me but never did. I went back in and ordered parts and was told they would call in a few days, never did. I called 2 weeks later and was told they where in. Still have not got my solenoid. Guess I will get it any where else.

With the exception of 2 weeks this place has had my bx22 in thier shop since April. Two weeks ago was told they started putting it back together. I called today to find out what taking so long and was told they have no service department today and could not give me any status as to whats going on with my tractor.

I needed a rental backhoe loader and C H Waltz was excellent to work with. Fast, friendly staff and delivered a very nice machine. Great communication and very good price. Ill gladly rent from them again!

I was in the market for a zero turn mower. Mike at C.H.Waltz was extremely helpful and walked me through the various models and sizes. Easy sale process and on time delivery was an added bonus. The Kubota cut my lawn the best i have ever seen it. If you are looking for a reliable mower, I highly recommend checking them out .

Bad dealership. Nothing ever stock. Have to chase them for refunds. Messicks much better no issues and they got parts in stock mailed to you by next day. Avoid this place like the plague! Not COVID19 related. Was told part was in showed up and they said they didnt know where it was. Good attempt at deflecting!

Great place if you want to buy a tractor or parts, but if you are looking for service, this is not the place to go. They regularly take 2 to 3 weeks after picking the tractor up to even get it into the shop to be looked at. This means at least a month before you get your tractor back. Totally unacceptable service!

We have bought two Kubota ‘s and various small trimmers etc. the sales team was excellent. The service team was awesome. We highly recommend them!

Bought a Stihl chainsaw here today. They took the time to gas it up and test run before I left. They werent satisfied with the chain brake on the one I purchased so they swapped it out with another one. Zero chance Home Depot or Lowes would do that! Great service!

Bought a Kubota Z723 zero turn from C.H. Waltz. Had issues with it at 8 hrs. They picked it up and returned it. Another issue at 10 hrs. They again picked it up and returned it. Has been running strong since (mowing 7+ acres). Kohler engine issue (actually..carburetor). In a perfect world, we dont have issues with a new piece of equipment. But, it is not a perfect world! It is how the dealer stands behind their product when something does go wrong that makes the difference. C.H. Waltz has stood behind my mower and I am very satisfied with their service and their efforts to get it back in service timely.

Crooks, talked to numerous people that had the same bad experience as we did. Took our tractor in for annual maintenance, got it back with a shot transmission and then wanted US to pay $2000 on a new tranny. It worked perfectly fine before they “serviced it” I do NOT recommend this business.

Belt broke on my Kunitz zero turn, took in for belt replace and service had low hrs the price of the belt is 25 higher at Bloomsburg than Dallas also the service is a joke how can two stores have different prices also zero turn ran fine when I took it in and they put 4 hrs on hr meter guess they took it somewhere to cut grass for themselves. Very disappointed Dallas rates for work standards service way cheaper and I got my mower back from service and basically fell apart.How can a Kunitz zero turn no issues at all running fine goes in for service and then brakes down within the first hr when I got home.Very shady people the manager is clueless very disrespectful and unprofessional.Any issues should be felt with Dallas store shady stuff going on there with store manager in Bloomsburg .

We manage our woodlot and use the Stihl professional line of saws and assorted products. The staff at Waltz in Bloomsburg are extremely helpful in all aspects of service. I purchased a Pro Universal Foretry Axe about a year ago and the protective sleeve beagn to rust prematurely. They replaced the axe without question. I highly recommend them, and although there are a number of Stihl dealers in the area, this is my preferred vendor.
