Was replacing the pump in my hot tub and got a bit too brutal with a colar nut and broke it. Ran to artesian and they knew just what I needed to fix my mistake. Spa is fixed and heating up as I write this. Thank you for your help and I will be back soon for chemicals and accessories.

Absolutely a wonderful place to purchase your needs for your pool, hot tub & spa. The staff are friendly & very helpful. They even look to see what kind of discounts they can add to help you save a few! The store is very clean and the atmosphere is relaxing. They test your samples & give you your results immediately with written advise to correct your issue(s) & if you dont have it chances are they do for you to leave with. I highly recommend stop in just to even check out the show room & yes the have real nice accessories also!

Artesians quality of work is good but their lack of communication is absolutely mind blowing. We’re a year into a liner / pool heater purchase order and we’re still waiting on the job to be completed. Unfortunately I have to call to get updates, it’s never the company calling to update a customer who’s spending good money with them. Artesian also miss cut into pool concrete which costs me 3500 to repair, due to a miscommunication between artesian and another contractor, which equally has bad communication efforts.If communication doesn’t matter to you, use artesian. If you expect even minimal communication, go somewhere else.

Highly recommend artesian pools and spa. Just ordered my 3rd spa from them, 2 from wade ask for him kind courteous young man, with a great sense of humor and knowledge. Each one as lasted 10 years or more. Thankfully dont need service often but current spa quit on me called Monday morning and they were here at 730 this morning 2 days later and fixed at no charge great guys highly recommend even service men made me laugh and reassured me

Ordered our hot tub knowing we were waiting on a long delay due to the pandemic. Our sales guy, Wade, kept us well informed the entire time and when an unexpected issue arose (our hot tub came but the cover did not!) he found a temporary solution for us so we didn’t need to wait any longer in order to enjoy our new sauna! I would recommend Artesian (especially Wade!) to anyone looking for purchase a new spa!

Just got my mini free flow this morning and after 6 hrs, we can use it :) it was super fast to fill it up and super fast to heat up. Only took couple hours for it to get hot. Our hot tub arrived, the electrician wired it and the water truck filled it, all within two hours. I have been having so much trouble finding a filter for our above ground pool. If I do find some they are outrageously overpriced. So I was stuck using the same filter for too long. Then I ran out of some of my chemicals thinking it’d be okay until I could get to Walmart. I woke up this morning to a completely green and disgusting pool!! I googled different pool places in Bloomsburg and artesian had the best reviews over all of them, so I decided to give them a try. So thankful I did they were so helpful in telling me everything I needed to get my pool back to blue water. Once I got home I forgot how much the lady told me to put in so I called back and they were very helpful over the phone also. Even gave me extra tips!! I’ll for sure be back in the near future. My bf actually went in looking to replace our pool heater a few months back. The associate he spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful. We wanted to go with a bigger heater, but what we were looking at was overkill, he bumped us down ( which it was still larger than our previous one) which was perfect. We ended up purchasing exactly what we needed in the end and we didnt spend extra money on something we didnt. Our pool now heats 3/4 times as fast and now I only have to wait a few hours to get in as apposed to almost a full day if starting at 68°, ending at 88°

We just purchased my 2nd hot tub from Artesian Pools and Spas. I cant say enough good things about the people at Artesian. Everyone there is very courteous and knowledgeable. They are eager to answer any of your questions and you never feel pressured. Our delivery was on time and the installation was perfect. Our salesman Wade followed up the same day to make sure everything went well. If you are looking for a hot tub there is no reason to go anywhere else.
