The staff here was fabulous! Not only are they super helpful, but the store itself was a great surprise. You can find just anything you could want or need for your new toy. They also have great information about fishing tournaments and can tell you about most of the places that you might want to go to. Not just a store or a purchase, it’s like joining a new club.

Knew what we wanted when we drove there. The staff helpful and knowledgeable. The store small for all the gear. So much still in unpacked shipping boxes throughout. However, that didnt stop us from finding what we needed.

I have purchased 2 kayaks - 1 a Hobie Kayak sail boat and a Hobie Kayak (new). The sail boat fell apart not long after we bought it so we traded it in on a sail boat. We received very little trade value after just a few months. We purchased the boat anyhow and the motor died within the first few weeks. We bought a new motor and have done many upgrades to the boat. We wanted to trade her up for a new one and the owner insulted us with his offer. Again offering a small trade amount for a boat we have not seen. His prices are rediculous and I know there are very few boat like my boat out there for sale. I did my homework before I called. I do appreciate the staff, but I am not a fan of how the owner does business. We will never go back. I would rather drive to Sandusky or Indy to buy a new boat. Way to treat repeat x customers! ADDED NOTEI sold my boat for what I learned it was worth from my research. It sold in less than a week.

I found them looking for some hard to find items due massive backlog due to COVID. The initial sale was impersonal and just a web order.When my order arrived some items were listed on the packing slip as being backordered. I contacted them to about it. Brian quickly got back to me and worked to get me what info he could. The items he did get in from backorder were shipped to me very quickly and a response to any question was no longer then a few hours. I will gladly use them over the bigger online distributors who take multiple days just to process an order.

I called these guys from Texas to order a new furling genoa sail. They had the most reasonable used sail prices I could find and excellent customer service. One employee even gave me advice on what the best sail for my boat would be.I tried to call a competing large used sail distributor multiple times over a few days and could only get to voicemail.Strictly Sail was extremely helpful and shipped my sail out as soon as I placed the order. It showed up at my door way sooner than expected. Great work.

They carry west systems epoxy and hardener, which I did not know, but glad to purchase there vs driving 2hrs to indy. very helpful staff, lots of sailboat and kayak related things.

On Jan. 13th, my wife and I finally purchased a Hobie Kayak. We went to the Travel,Sports, and Boat Show at the convention center. We visited Strictly Sail Inc. at the last show there and liked the Hobie Kayak, and knew we would purchase one. After a year or so we visited Strictly Sails at their location and was able to talk to several people about what we wanted . They suggested we visit them at this years show in 2018, and we ended up buying a Mirage Outfitter. After much debate my wife decided she wanted the Mirage Oasis. We called Brian Tracy at the show later that evening, not only were we able to get the Mirage Oasis, but to thank Brian Tracy for even answering his phone at the show and making the change for us. This made our day . These guys will surely get my business and my referral to anyone I know looking for a kayak or canoe.

Tucked back off the road a bit it has a real chandlery feel to it, not a slick retail store. New boat inventory is weak from what I saw but used boats abound. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I have ordered parts for my Hobie Getaway over the last 2 years from Strictly Sail and Brian and the team have been very helpful and provided any excellent service every time!

Have a great selection of kayaks and boats, and had just what I wanted. It was my first time going there and have no complaints.

I bought two kayaks. We were ignored when we walked in to pick them up. They helped us load them onto the truck when they found them. No help with how we needed to put the chairs together or anything about the Hobies at all. We had to call in to get the code for the warranty. No apologies for not doing what Hobie requires them to do. I am pleased with the kayaks, but customer service was the worst. We drove two hours to get there, and were seriously disappointed with the experience.
