My daughter gave me a Groupon voucher to transfer VHS to DVD. Ive called 4 times and get their voicemail but cant leave a message because the inbox is full. The website they reference is down. I sent an email they referenced in their voicemail but have gotten no reply. Im wondering if the business has folded.

Also concerned the business is shut down. Left message on Friday 17 May. No response to my message ! Sent EMail to their site NO RESPONSE !! Their mailbox has now been full for almost a week now....
