Cant believe the difference the aids make. Have been wearing them for a little over a week.The other day I was in a hurry and forgot them. Could definitely tell a difference.Help U Hear very easy to work with. Audiologist very good..

I have a very pleasant experience at Help U Hear. My appointment was done on schedule and I was treated with respect. My issues were solved at no time at all. This was also the first time I met Dr. Audrey Brunsman. She was gracious to me and was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Help U Hear to every for all their hearing needs.

There was a new audiologist at this site,but she was well aware of information on my chart from the previous provider. She was very professional and pleasant as well. She was knowledgeable about ways to help with the questions I raised about my hearing devices. I would recommend this facility and this Dr.

This week I had an appoint with James at Kenwood help u hear. He was great. I have been wearing hearing aids for three years and was never happy. After meeting James he tought me more about my hearing aids than anyone in the past 3 yrs. Now Im happy with my hearing aids.Thanks James.

My husband bought his first hearing aid at a well known company. They were big & bulky and nor easy to wear. After 2 years they told him he would have to buy another pair because they couldnt make his stronger (which they told us they could) They would have been even bigger! We went to Help U Hear on Kenwood Rd. The customer service was much better, they had smaller hearing aid that he could adjust for being at a sports events, restaurant & being on the phone. Were very happy with the service & product.

Been coming here for 2years. Would definitely recommend them. Jenetta is very helpful and knowledgeable. Always friendly.
