Banana split was good. Friendly staff and quick service. It was a little pricey but not outrageous.

I so rarely write bad reviews, but this is the second poor experience I’ve had with the quality here. Ordered a brownie batter blizzard today- no brownie batter chunks at all, and no fudge in it (ice cream still looked white). Asked about it at the counter, and they said it was made correctly. I walked out and threw it in the trash. I didn’t pay $5 for vanilla soft serve, and I could have stopped at a different DQ, which is what I’ll do from now on. Unfortunate feeling when you just want to treat yourself after a long day.

Would not honor a coupon for buy one ice cream get one free.Will not return to this location.

Im addicted to the Reeses peanut butter cup blizzard... I could eat one every day and that would be extremely dangerous for me. 😂

I am very pleased with my experience here. This is my favorite location to get ice cream. I cant wait for the Blizzard of the month to come out this December. Stop keeping me on my toes! Although the new system is a bit more complicated, you guys make it work. You guys are one of the only places I know who are taking extra precautions about COVID-19. I am very satisfied with the service, especially with one of the workers, Bailey :)

I dont know whos working at night but my experience everytime is amazing! I go every weekend now. 😋😉 FYI they are only curbside now. You have to call when you get there and they currently take card only.

We were confused at first. Due to the store being open. Others were as well. The process was call and your treat is brought to your car. We called and the blizzards came out in a few minutes. Credit cards only. Thumbs High. 👍

Would not recommend coming to this location.they are only doing curbside (but not the right way) had to call twice for someone to pick up. she was weird when she answered and said she was going to have to call me back? then they dont even serve a basic menu item here at this time. waste of time.

EDIT - Theyre no longer doing curbside. This place has their curbside process down well. Just call them wheb you get to the parking lot to order. They dont even let customers into their store. If youre looking for a safe place to get dessert, this is the place is for you.

Strawberry cheesecake blizzard is my fav

Normally love this Dairy Queen, but today the young lady working the store refused to write Happy Birthday on my sons blizzard cake. Very disappointed that a store that sells such a wonderful product (though not inexpensive) cant help a customer finish a special treat. No one even in the store so being busy cant be an excuse! Please do better for future customers. I will get my cake elsewhere in the future!

Only accepting phone orders. I was out running errands and just happened upon the store. I wanted to get my granddaughter a blizzard. It just wouldnt have been worth the wait to find the phone number, call and place my order then wait to receive it.Very disappointed that they are unable to figure out a better way to do business.

Have been to many DQs this summer and this is the only one we came across that does not allow anyone in their store. We called the number posted on their door and were told they would call us back - they did about 5 minutes later. By that time we were on our way to Graeters where we were allowed to order INSIDE their store eating our ice cream INSIDE as well. Also, they take your credit card over the phone - Im assuming they write it down along with your order which Im sure isnt the most secure way to handle customer payments. Not sure why all other DQs (and every store in OH) is open to the public except for this DQ. Good luck staying in business!

I love Dairy Queen do to the strawberry cheesecake Blizzard. I love the convenience of the location in addition to the customer service provided. Even though there were multiple customers in line, I felt when it was my turn to order, the employee did a good job and make me feel comfortable with asking questions and confident and answers they responded back to me. The facility was also clean and I wasnt worried to sit down and eat if I had to.

This location is stingy with their toppings. Ordered strawberry cheesecake blizzard and it came out white due to the lack of topping taste more like a vanilla blizzard with barely and cheesecake. The only reason I didn’t give this a one star is because I’ve been too many other locations and received my blizzard the way it was supposed to be made with the perfect amount of topping and it was delicious as always

We wait all year for the pumpkin pie blizzards to come back. This was the saddest blizzard we ever ate. The flavor was good, but the consistency was very runny and if not for the sparse crumbles of cookie crust, we could have drank it through a straw. If the server had turned this one upside down when handing it to my husband, it would have been all over the counter. This was our first time at this location-we were very disappointed.

I was just in there with my daughter. We left without anyting. Alison is very rude. Getting a story my daughter didnt know what she wanted the Asian employee was at front when we came in I said were not sure what we wanted. So she went on and did what you was doing thats fine she came and checked on us we still werent ready. Another guest came in by this time we were already ready waiting at the counter. Allison came out didnt knowledge that we were there and ask the new guest what she could get them. They said we were ready. She said she told me that you werent ready yet. What can I get you. She looked at me then look at the guess behind me and rolled her eyes and then looked at me again. I asked to talk to a manager said there was not in store right now I would have to call. I asked her name Allison. And Friday was her last day so I will have to call by then. You have lost a customer because of one employee being extremely rude I hope she does better her next venture.

Can not believe there are places in business that cant afford to give their customers free refills on soda! $8 for bare- minimum hotdogs with overcooked chili, cheap bag of chips, and a Med drink and they cant give you a refill!?!I cant remember the last time a restaurant charged for refills! Wont be back!

The worker literally came to the door and told me i had to place an order through the phone and i was waiting for like 25 minutes for and order to be placed

Definitely wasnt greeted with a hello coming in the door. Stood for a second while a Hispanic or asian lady made ice cream pops; Caucasian lady comes from back and says what can I get you. I order large Chocolate and Orange Dreamsicle ice cream cones. She makes me one cone with both flavors combined and insists thats what I ordered and she charged for one cone. Im like Ill pay for the second cone but I still need two cones and she continues to argue with me in front of other customers trying to convince I dont know who, I was being rude. On a limited amount of time, I ask for my money back and disgruntledly shoves the money in my hand. So disgusted I wasted time coming into the location (service is repeatedly bad) I threw a penny for what the service was worth. I work in Blue Ash; in customer services...no way have I ever treated guest the way DQ Blue Ash location treats its patrons.

Ordered a number 3, guy asked do I want mustard, ketchup etc. I said I just wanted mustard for my condiments. The order is 2 chilli cheese dogs. Went to bathroom washed hands. Got my bag left for work. Open it up two hot dogs no chilli no cheese, just mustard, and hotdogs.... seriously! So I called them up and get the manager who checks the order and said I wasnt charged for the chilli or cheese..... like who cant afford chilli and cheese?!...so after that messed up my lunch break I have to eat these pitiful hotdogs because of this misunderstanding...on their part.

Charged for extra toppings and it looks like they sprinkled dust into the cup...this is the 3rd time of having this experience, so I guess it is only due to this particular franchise, because this is the only location who gives almost no toppings.
