Service King Blue Island is the best collision repair shop in the city and suburbs. My car was repaired twice in a short period of time. Each time I was very pleased with the work and the car was repaired promptly. Molly and the team at Service King Blue Island will take great care of you and your vehicle. I had an excellent experience. Car looks great. Ready ahead of time, was kept up to date by Molly who is a great customer service person.. Jay and others did greAt work. He buffed out some scratches which made my car look even better. I hope that I do not have a need but if I did I would Definetly head your way.

My car was hit on the rear passenger side door and the insurance suggested the Service King in Blue Island.They reached out to me two times, but I couldn’t make the appointment at the time. I was able to schedule to it on-line the next week.Due to COVID, you are not allowed to enter the facility. You will have to call a number on a sign that is at the doorway and a Service King Representative will greet you in the parking lot. Here is where I met Molly. She is a friendly, cheerful and knowledgeable employee. She went over the damage, explained the process and contacted Enterprise for my rental car.Again, due to COVID, Enterprise can only take 2 passengers at a time in the minivan to their offices. There were two people ahead of me, so I had to wait in my car until they could come back for me. As I waited, another male employee, I didn’t get his name, explained the process to me again. He was friendly and personable too.That afternoon I discovered that I left my parking pass for work in my car. I returned to Service King, contacted Molly and she went to the shop grabbed it and met me in the parking lot within moments.Service King kept me updated on the progress of my car via text messages and I received a call when everything was completed. They finished my car two days ahead of schedule.When I arrived to get my car, it was in the “pick-up” parking space in front of their office. It was clean, both inside and out. The repair looked like the damage never happened.Molly was the representative that checked me out. She went over my paperwork, instructed me on how to care for the paint job on my new repair and wished me well.I would highly recommend this repair shop.

I originally had body work done for my car at the Blue Island location, April 2019. I was unaware that they send cars out to repair shops for non-body work. I was pleased when I got it back, because, externally, it looked great and drove fine, until 7/23/21. That day, my car iou started straining, smoking, leaking fluid and groaning. It was towed to Webb Chevy and diagnostic tests said trans trouble was the culprit, to the tune of $6900, which they attributed to the tubing being crisscrossed at the original repair in 2019.So, Service King had it towed, to DeRe, a TIre and auto shop. To me, the title tells the tale. WHY was my car NOT sent to a trans specialty shop, like old school AAMCO? The response I got leads me to believe that DeRe and Service King have a longstanding relationship with mutual gain. The first repair by DeRe cost a little less than $300, but after I got it home, the car stopped on me again with similar symptoms! Service King had it towed back to DeRe the next day. They kept it over the weekend, and I picked it up 8/10/21. Although Service King is honoring the lifetime warranty, that doesnt mean that my car should have been fixed on the cheap. The management seemed perturbed that I questioned their decisions about MY vehicle, and no one ever apologized or even empathized about MY situation, having been without a car for 2 weeks.I basically picked up my keys with no appearance or input from management; so I feel that they just were glad to be done with me. But I WILL return, if the need arises, so we should ALL hope that it doesnt.

They did fix the part that needed fixing, but they put a dent in my car and made it seem like it was already there, causing my light to hang off. I have had my truck for 5 years and theres no dents in it. It wasnt one there when I dropped it off, now theres a dent .

I put my car in the shop on June 7th 2021 and I got it back on June 8th 2021 Mario and his team is the bomb.com they were all very friendly, professional and knowledgeful they kept me in the loop on everything that was going on with my car.The Blue Island location is where I will be taking my car to from now on. Very trustworthy business and team. I’ve never been treated more special by a collision repair service team. Cassandra and Mario were so professional, kind, and transparent. They notified me of EVERYTHING by phone calls, voicemails, and text. (They also do online inspections in case you aren’t able to make it into the the location right away😉). The finishing was also just as amazing as the process. They washed & vacuumed my car 😅 for me as well as collected the rental. Made sure all my releasing documents were thoroughly explained. During these times, it’s hard to find this kind of customer service... this was a treasured experience trusting them to take GREAT care in repairing my vehicle!

The repair work was performed on time. However, the presentation of my car was terrible. The manager lied about having the car washed. As such, the new part and the rest of the car didnt match. After I requested that the car be washed, it looked fine. I just do not trust an organization that would lie about something so trivial. I like to deal with ethical organizations. This trivial lie made me question the integrity of their work. I will find another repair facility, if ever needed.

I was there for a New Years Eve party. Food was good, when able to get some. Lots of people, naturally for a NYE party, but food came out slowly and in such small amounts it was gone immediately. Also deserts never made it out despite the flyer saying there would be some. Gave it 2 stars only because what I was able to eat was indeed great.

My vehicle was stolen between March 20-22. I hand picked this location based on a telephone experience with a Michelle. She was very professional. Found out later that she was filling in because they were short staffed. I have been dealing with a Philip K so far. I will let you know how everything goes. Especially if I am being Handled or lied to. Will also be doing a Yelp review.

First off let me say I am sort of a perfectionist and I know not everyone is like me. With that being said show me quality would be great, but I understand this was a repair job. The work was good. I was amazed at how they were able to smooth all the dents out. Paint quality was nice. They even got in the speckles of gold in my paint. My car was ready in five days one week earlier than the estimated completion date. They even sent me text messages just about every day on the status of my car. Customer service was excellent thanks to Service Advisor Mario and the young lady at the front desk.

Don’t rely on them to get your rental or you’ll be waiting hours for something they never even sent for, maybe they talk too much. I’ll be back once my car is repaired.My car is now fixed and it’s perfect, really seems like new. Great staff and very accommodating overall.

Steer clear.....insurance adjuster wanted to charge me $100 Just to give an estimate, so I did live video and inspected my own vehicle and submitted it to my insurance company (Allstate)

I absolutely do not recommend this place if you do not want to waste time and money choose another place for your repair because they do not have a mechanic who can find the problems in your car they told me that my cars brakes were already badly damaged and that was where the noise came from judge on your own in the photos
