Ford all together is a rip off I wouldnt recommend the body shop the dealers or the plant I bought a 2019 Ford F150 Dec of 19 Dec of 20 the air bag exploded on me driving down the road I wasnt involved in a wreck after the air bag exploded on me yes I went down in the ditch so now theres a recall on a wire that comes lose and they say it will make the breaks,steering and other major component fail the Kansas City plant is in the recall but they wont take care of there ex-die hard Ford fan. After hitting a deer, the insurance company wanted the car to go here. I was kept up-to-date on the process of the damage being assessed. Everyone I spoke with was courteous and professional.

Will never step foot in this joke of a dealership again. They clearly don’t want your business. Tried to buy a truck put a deposit down of $500 they had to trade to get the truck from another dealership then the other dealership sold the truck. I come up here to get a refund for the $500 and the sales manager took 45 mins to do a refund. Will never return again horrible business and they really don’t seem to want to sell cars apparently.

Just got my 2017 Nissan Maxima back after being involved in a collision. Only had minor damage but they did a fantastic job repairing it! Looks brand new and could not be happier! Service and staff were fantastic. When I went to drop it off, they had a rental car already there waiting for me. Was in and out both times very quickly! Thank you for the awesome service and will be recommending anyone to you guys!

It took a month and a half to repair a rear quarter, but the repair turned out well aside from the strong smell of solvent from the paint still curing. I would take a car here again, just be aware they will likely go over their time estimate.

Always pleased with the service at BS Ford collision. Derek Bowlin usually handles mine for me. Hes quick, courteous, and thorough. Once handed off to those in the back to repair, seems to be great as well. I highly recommend them. Unfortunately Ive been here too many times, but happy with the repairs Always.

Had my car worked on there. They made the experience painless, and called with regular updates (which was nice, because they had my car a month!). When I got my car back there were a couple of small things left undone, but they went above and beyond to make it right. Very pleased with their service.

I really want to give the Derek and his crew from blue springs ford collision center a shout out for taking care of my family’s 2017 Ford Explorer after a rock had hit my wife’s explorer on the ac condenser last week I called them up they had my vehicle towed to them from oak grove then put me in a very nice Ford Fusion hybrid rental for about 4 or 5 days and our suv fixed and ready to go in a timely manner they are and awesome team and definitely will Recommend anyone that needs there car fixed or repaired they are awesome thank you very much guys for everything Alex.

They performed the repair on my vehicle after being hit, managing to swirl the heck out of my paint. The days of done right the first time appear to be gone. Steer clear.

My insurance company had me take my vehicle here to replace my front bumper(among other things). It only took them 1 weekish to get my vehicle repaired and looking nice and new again. When i picked my vehicle up to my surprise, they had cleaned it inside and out! very nice group of people that did a great job for me. I would definitely recommend them to a friend/family. I Believe they do the Ford brand justice.

Very poor customer service. They were so eager for me to go sign a document to start on my vehicle but it felt like theyre trying to hide something from me. They cant even update me on my vehicle repair process. I went in today to see the process and they pretty much seemed like they wanted me to just go away. Theyre a provider for progressive so thats why my vehicle is there. Im still waiting on a progress report from them to know when my truck will be done. Updates. Picked up truck. Tailgate doesnt function properly. Have to slam tailgate to get it shut. One the way home, I hit a bump on the road and tailgate fell down.Update. Still nothing done. My tailgate popped opened again. I have given them the opportunity to correct this issue. When I lose something out of my bed, I will be contacting them

Car was hit by another vehicle and their insurance covering it. Said car was to be totalled out and we are keeping the car and no repairs to be done. Dropped off the car Monday morning and Wednesday said would have it put back together and ready to be picked up by Friday. Its Friday and still dont have it ready with no repairs??!! Said early next week... Umm, I need the vehicle now to pull trailer out to the lake. Said that they would have manager call back later. Will see what happens. 😒

Quick & professional

A two week job ballooned into a 2 month job. Each week during those two months we were told they got the parts in and we would have our car done. Each week it hadnt even been in the shop yet. When it wasnt finallydone they forgot to hook up the passenger side door locks and latch and I had to make another trip back. Then a number of parts were not installed correctly and fell out. Three months into this we still arent done with the repairs.

Went there for a quote, and they didnt give me any useful information except pushing me to pay a high price to get everything replaced and wait for a month. I ended up getting it fixed in a neighborhood auto shop for 1/100 of the price in an hour.
