I rented equipment from this office. Great equipment for whatever your needs may be, priced right and delivered by people that know and respect what they do. However when your rental is up, there is no guarantee that KC Bobcat will send one of their employees back to pick it up. You see they hire outside contractors to assist them in areas they are lacking, those contractors are not held to the same standard as their employees. The contractor that picked up my rental was lacking in operational knowledge of the equipment they picked up, which resulted in the contractor causing damage to my concrete driveway. I have notified KC Bobcat and instead of them dealing with the contractor they hired, they are expecting me to deal with them and they are trying to push full responsibility onto the contractor. Its not my contractor, KC Bobcat was my contractor. They hired the people to pick up my rental equipment and they are the ones that need to seek resolution

Extremely organized and prompt with service. Bill was itemized and had brief explanations of work done. All charges were explained and noted.

I bought a good used S750 through Grant at KC Bobcat. Grant is a good guy to deal with. He try his best to find a good machine to fit my needs. This is my third Bobcat that I own and Im still going to stay with bobcat for many years to come. Always like getting my parts here at KC bobcat, these people will take good care of you.

I have not purchased a piece of equipment with this place, but I get service parts for our company Bobcat equipment from them. My Nephew has bought several pieces of of equipment here and seems quite happy! The parts counter guys understand what I need and are very helpful when Im looking for a particular part. .
