Best pharmacy in blythe Also very friendly and helpful when you cant find anything inside the store.
Very helpful staff and a clean store.
Update: Definitely changing pharmacies! The pharmacist here never knows what shes talking about and cant even do simple math (she almost prevented my husband from picking up a needed medication because she insisted it was too early when it was not) and almost every single one of the customer service/pharmacy attendants are extremely rude. I asked for a date my medication could be picked up when I called just now, she refused to give me one. This place is just horrible. What kind of pharmacy doesnt carry multiple pain pill prescriptions?!?! My doctor called in multiple things and they couldnt fill ANY of them.
20-30 minute wait time in the Pharmacy drive thru is poor management. Maybe hire more personnel or run the pharmacy 24 hours. This is the only pharmacy within 100 miles of any pharmacy in California. This is clearly a customer service concern and poor management of the pharmacy manager. I will be contacting the corporate office to report my concern and dissatisfaction.
I had minor surgery in Quartzsite, had them send script to Rite Aid in Blythe, closest pharm on my Medicare. What a waste of time. Arrived 45 minutes after doc sent it in. They tell me it will be hours before its ready. I should go home (an hour away) and come back while they count 20 pills into a bottle. Adding insult to injury, they try to charge me $87, full retail. Is that my Medicare price? No, that will take longer, final price $7.57No, they werent busy. Lazy, ripoff, attitude galore
The person you can always count onto give you accurate information with a pleasant attitude is EMMA in the pharmacy dept.
Great place to shop but there is one particular checker that is always rude to my disabled mother. My mother uses a wheelchair and is a little slow as she cannot manuever around as quick as the average person. Tina Henderson is always rushing her and today I stood back to see how my mom was treated if Tina thought she was alone. First my mom had a different cashier but then Tina came and took over in the middle of the transaction. She was short tempered and rushed my mother. Because my mother was rushed she forgot to hand Tina a five dollar off coupon she had. When she brought it to Tinas attention, Tina snatched the coupon out of my moms hand and smacked it on the counter and said very rudely I already scanned this! And shoved it back towards my mother. She then pointed towards her screen saying see, its right here! My mom very politely said ok, ok, i believe you. This is not the first time she has been rude to my disabled mother. On another occasion my mom was in the mobilized scooter that the store provides and she was trying to back up so she could park the scooter in front of the register. The scooter makes a beeping sound when it reverses to let other people know its backing up. My mother was having trouble backing it up and Tina yells out God, that noise is killing my ears, would you just hurry up and park it! Very unprofessional and very rude customer service especially towards a disabled woman in her 60s who clearly just needs a little help and a little patience. Its people like her that make it hard for the older generation to get what they need without feeling belittled or rushed. My mother made it outside and burst into tears. I am livid about the way this particular cashier treated her. If she cant treat everyone fairly and show a little compassion then she should find another job. I pray no one ever treats her or her mother this way!
Very pleasant environment and the service is excellent every time I go.
My daughter started coughing while we were traveling. We stopped to pick up cough medicine for her. I found what I needed and went to the pharmacy area and asked for a oral syringe. The lady behind the counter responded by saying they are for prescriptions only you can find them on aisle 5 (aisle 5 is in front of the pharmacy) I proceeded to aisle 5 and looked up and down the aisle and did not find it.(Meanwhile the lady and the pharmacist are watching me through the window) The lady comes out and looks up and down the aisle and did not find it. She told me it comes with a cup I told her yes I know but since we are traveling a syringe would be easier. She still refused to give me syringe. :-/ really?!?!
