Its a typical WM TLE...busy and not always competent. The service is often slow, and the workers are, for the most part, only minimally knowledgeable. I suppose if youre not in a rush to get out, this is the place to go.

Checked out why tire sensor was coming on. Aired all tires to manufacture settings. No charge. The customer service was phenomenal.

I was driving on the interstate and desperately needed a new tire. They were closing in a few minutes and I called in and asked if there was any way they could stay open. Because it was an emergency they took my car in and replaced the tire very quickly and didnt charge any extra for the inconvenience. It was so fantastic of them to help me out as I am from out of town and am a young woman travelling alone. Great service and great workers!

Takes way to long for any service. I would much rather go down the street and pay a little extra to be in and out.

Ive seen some negative reviews about this place but they did a great job on my car. There was a wait but thats the case at almost any place. It wasnt all that long of a wait either. Had 4 new tires put on, balanced and new valve stems. Took just a little over an hour as there were people ahead of us. Once it was our turn they were thorough and did the job right.

Its very difficult to get someone to answer the phone. After they start on your car it maybe anywhere from one hour to four hours before its finished. If they destroy something first then try and hide it from you. When it comes time pay its like pulling teeth with an angry badger. Their hateful and totally unprofessional. If you decide to risk it, make sure to check your vehicle from top to bottom.Theres an elderly man that works in their shop named Robert if he is the one working on your vehicle watch him closely. He will mess your vehicle up and not say anything at all.

Went for oil change, while waiting had a delima unfold. A Lady was there for oil change, they apparantly put 2 new tires on her car, a man was waiting for 2 tires to be changed out and was told his oil change was done, but he needed a tire on his front rt side...lol...SO I LEFT AND WENT ELSEWHERE AFTER WAITING OVER 1 HOUR...seemed nice, but clueless

They dont pay attention to what you need. We asked them to put the new tire on front passenger and they took the new one off front driver instead. There is never anyone in the department when you need them.

Slow not enough help. Lube and oil change about two wait. Only 1 person working. Be my last time here.
