I had some issues with the online instructions. When Nikki started to assist me, Bobby assisted her helping recover most of my contacts and the rest of the team input their expertise to assist me. It took me over an hour and no one seemed bothered by the time. Great job!

Not a good experience. Was there to have new Gadget Guard screen protector on my S9+. While one employee showed no interest in helping, the other tried and failed to install protector properly, leaving many bubbles. Not happy with this experience.

My worst experience of customer service. I had walked into this AT&T store to request for an e-sim to be loaded on my dual sim unlocked iPhone . After the attendant (Rogers) was informed by his manager that he could go ahead with the transaction, he loaded the e-sim on to my profile in his system and refused to make the connection on my iPhone( possibly because I didn’t buy the phone from their store) When I informed him that there was no service on my phone, he lied that it was a network delay, despite knowing that he did not complete the transaction. I had to go to a different att store to get the esim connected to my phone.The attitude of the first attendant was so horrible

I WAS VERY VERY SATISFIED AND TAYLOR WAS SOOOOOO AWESOME AND RESPECTFUL AND PATIENT.... HE MADE THE TRANSFER LOOK SO EASY AND TOOK ALL OF THE TROUBLE OFF OF ME.... I WILL MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIM TO OTHERS!!!! PLEASE SHARE THIS WITH HIM!!! MAY GOD BLESS HIM OVER AND BEYOND FOR BEING A BLESSING TO ME 😊

Open late 10:05 but matters when Online it says they’re open then pullin for quick pickup in emergency situation. But have to wait.

They are good at their jobs and knowledgeable about sales and products. Take a long time to switch or start new cell phone lines but that is anywhere.

Rude and not very knowledgeable on polices unless with certain people that has worked there for years. But if them 1 or 2 people isnt there I would turn around and walk out. Worth the drive to jonesboro to deal with a bigger store.

Everything was ok until I was lied to.i told the salesman I wanted wifi thats all and he found a good package deal for me...he failed to tell me i had to buy internet also in order to even get wifi...now Im a bit over what I wanted or could pay ..

This is a bad store they a employee named Taylor Riggs that likes committing fraud and I won’t rest til he’s fired and locked up
