Hes inconvenient they know me in there and most of the time its just drive through only I go inside with my mask on you know who I am Ive been there a few times over the past few years

Even though Im not exactly a big fan of Verizon, I love this store. Most of the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful however, the payment arrangements that one salesperson quoted to me were way higher when I received my first bill. I was furious. I called Verizon and found that it wasnt the salespersons fault, it was Verizons. After a long conversation with my salesperson & Verizon, I had to apologize for losing my temper with the wrong person. This store is great. Verizon? Not so much.
