Good price for a quick repair of a busted iPad screen.

My sons phone would not boot or charge. These guys had it repaired the same day. Price was reasonable and they were very courteous. I would highly recommend them and wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

Almost 50$ for 15 minute diagnostic. Too high $ to chance if other issues may arise. 25$ sounds better . No free estimates anymore?

Cracked my screen and it was not working, called around and CPR was the lowest rate I could find! Workers are friendly and it only took an hour to fix. Now the screen seems to be working perfectly

My phone went black but apps were running in the background. I took to my service provider to get a soft reboot. They said it couldnt be done and Id have buy a new phone.I them went to CPR and they had it up and running in five minutes. Very professional and nice people.

Called a couple places for pricing and CPR was the lowest by $15. Was told it would be 90 min for repair because there were a couple devices in front of mine. Timing was accurate. Service was friendly and knowledgeable. I hope I never have to repair another screen but if I do CPR will get my business.

I really suggest going to a different place. I took my Xbox here and never got it back. No one ever called to tell me what was going on. They said it would be two weeks. It’s been five months of me calling asking when i can come get my Xbox. They finally answer and tell me what’s wrong and it’s a chip in the Xbox and that it’ll be pricey to fix and i said that’s fine just replace it and I’ll pay however much it’ll cost and i never received a response and that was two months ago. They are not professional at all. They can’t answer questions and i still haven’t been able to get my Xbox. I would really go somewhere else if i was you.

I came in to repair an old iPhone I wanted to gift to a family member for Christmas. The phone wouldn’t turn on and I was hoping it was just the battery. The associate at the desk was friendly and knowledgeable, walking me through the free assessment and even the cost if it was just the battery that needed replaced. I got a call a couple hours later that the phone was fixed and it was indeed just the battery. When I picked up he walked me through the assessment they had made and I got the phone back in perfect working order. It will be an awesome present and way cheaper then buying a new phone! I went to my service provider for a fix. They were sales people and had no clue. But they did suggest CPR Boardman. The repairman did some magic. He got the phone working within 5 min. When I asked the cost of the service he said that I owed nothing. Knowledge and expert service is priceless. CPR Boardman has it.

My phone was completely dead. Would not light up. Would not turn on. Would not make a sound. Didnt even recognize a charger being plugged in. Its only function was that of a paperweight. 3 years worth of vacation pictures, family pictures, contacts, text messages with information and instructions, everything that was saved on my phone, was lost. Inaccessible. The Talented people at CPR were able to get in there and retrieve all the data off of my dead phone. Once they had it they offered to email it to me, or download it on a flash drive. Neither option was viable because I have no other computer. So they suggested I bring them my new phone, and they were able to transfer all the saved data from my old phone onto my new phone. Very happy with the outcome and the service from CPR!

Spectacular service and an amazing job done. The local competition tried and said nothing could be done and busted up my phone in the process, but CPR clearly laid out the expectations, explained what/how/when it would happen, and delivered on every point. Not only did they solve a huge problem for me (black screen that led to lost contacts, pics, downloads, everything in the phone) that all others said couldnt be done, but they saved me $145 in the process! Ill never take my phone or the family phones anywhere else. Great job!

They contacted me about a month ago regarding a price to fix my phone. Indicating that they had the part in stock. I went there about 2 weeks later and the clerk explained that it would take about an hour to an hour and a half to fix. I scheduled an appointment for the following Saturday. When I arrived the same clerk now informs me that the part has to be ordered and will take 3-5 days to get. Mind you he had all the information he needed to get the part ahead of time!!! On top of that he informed me that the price went up about $50 from what was quoted. Terrible customer service to say the least!!!! I will never recommend using this company to anyone. Went up the street to the competition, they ordered the part ( same vendor that this company uses) took 2 days to get it. Fixed in under an hour and was substantially cheaper. If you like being ripped off and having your time waisted, then by all means please go to CPR!!!!!!

Very satisfied with the customer service!I brought my Nexus 6 in as my USB port charger was broken and that I was no longer able to charge my phone.After looking at the phone, the store specialist told me that they could change the port for $95. The phone cost $300 new online so I made the decision that it was worth investing in the repair.Upon receiving the phone back, I realize after giving my first call that the microphone wasnt working anymore. I talked to the store owner and explained him the situation. He said that there is no way for them to know if the microphone was working before I brought the phone in since we werent able to charge it. I assured him that there was absolutely no issues with the microphone before I brought it in since I made some calls on the same day of the last time I was able to charge it--by bending the charging cord.Anyhow, he told me that he will take the phone back again and see what he could do. He eventually replaced the microphone for no extra charge.The phone works perfectly now.Its good to see a business who decides to trust its customers and do whatever it takes so that they leave the store satisfied.Highly recommended!

CPR is very good at what they do and they do it at a reasonable price. They fixed my battery problem. Even after the first battery they installed didnt work, they ordered me another battery for free (I paid for the first one), and now it works like new. I highly recommend these guys.

My cell phone battery was depleting very quickly. I took the phone to the store telling them I needed a new battery. These people are crooks!!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONES HERE! If you have a phone that needs fixed that is an apple product take it straight to an apple store! Apple stands behind their products and will never leave you high and dry as this company did. CPR broke my phone AND they wanted to DO NOTHING to help rectify the situation. I took my phone in for very basic screen repair and broke my whole phone to the point it would even turn on as I planned to trade it in. They use cheap repair parts for cell phones. We spend 5 hours dealing with this waiting for a resolution. POOR service, poor management, poor product, poo knowledge on cell phones. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Slimy slimy company.
