I have always had such a great experience at Boardman Eye Care. I always feel well taken care of, and there are many great frames to select from. Im so thankful to receive such great service from such a friendly staff!

The Doctor and his staff are very PROFESSIONAL and very pleasant they explain every thing to you before doinganything .

My 6-year old daughter started complaining of blurry vision and headaches. I called a few doctors for appointments, but Boardman Eye Care was the only one that wasn’t booked out a month or more - we got an appointment the following week. My daughter was very nervous, but the staff and doctor gently explained the process and answered all of her questions while testing her eyes. It turns out she needed reading glasses, and because of the wonderful experience she had with the staff, she was excited to pick out frames. I highly recommend this office to anyone with small children. A+++

Boardman Eye Care took care of my eye checkup efficiently and cheerfully after a very short wait. They were prompt and professional.

I called for my children for their eye exam.Initially I was told my toddler wouldnt be seen because she is to young (infants can get exams/glasses so how is a toddler to young for an exam?!), well my child was given an appointment anyways. After hanging up, I was called three different times getting the appointment changed by the office, within an hours time. Really debating on just going elsewhere.

Dr. Hirschl is very thorough, and tests your eyes right there in the office. I really have enjoyed being a patient of the doctor, and believe in taking care of the health of my eyes.

I have been coming here for my daughter and is appointments for the last 4 years. Every single time I come here I always look forward to it. The receptionists always remember my daughter and Is name, even if it has been a year since we were there. They are patient, kind and always call immediately to keep me updated on my appointments or if my glasses are ready for pick up. I recommend Boardman Family Eye Care to everyone I know. After the stress of multiple appointments and the constant grind of single mother hood, it is nice to know I never have to stress about being here or anything pertaining to eye glasses. I cant say enough positive things about this place. I look forward to doing business with them for many years to come.

This has to be the most rude place ever. And this is supposed to be a doctors office. After I received my exam, I wanted to have the new lenses placed in my frames that I already had. The doctor was extremely rude and told me to take my prescription and go somewhere else. He wanted me to buy new frames which I did not want. He then became very rude and disrespectful and basically told me to get lost.I know why he was mad, he wanted me to buy a frame for my glasses there because of the profit margin. The same frames we pay $120.00 there, they pay about $18.00 - $25.00 their cost. I know I have seen their ordering book.So I guess the bottom line there is not the well being of your eye health, its as always the MIGHTY DOLLAR.By the way, you will be charged more there than elsewhere. What is this world coming to when even the medical profession is JUST about the money. What about that oath they take.........
