God has blessed me with all these wonderful people that work so hard to be patient and courteous to all their customers. I personally couldn’t shop anywhere else, I have always received the very best customer experience and have no complaints! I feel blessed to be able to shop here, and the environment is always clean and has an inviting feeling, I couldn’t be more grateful! The employees are so kind and friendly, you can see that it isn’t always reciprocated from unruly people and I hope they are compensated well enough to continue to work there . I’m always greeted with respect and kindness, even as I wander down the aisles, never fails, if I run into an employee stocking shelves or something to that nature, I am asked if I need assistance, of course I say I would rather help you, their job duties look tiresome, they laugh and I can tell they appreciate being acknowledged for their continuous hard work. I’m in amazement too of how unfortunately few if any, customers have not appreciated them and all they do! Well for me I would never shop anywhere else and I feel blessed to have met them on my journeys, amen to all the precious angels who are employed at this store, may god bless you and meet you right where you are! Be wary of deli orders. There is an error with my order or it is simply not made every single time I place an order from this deli. Its frustrating because I like publix a lot. They offer lots of items on the website that are not available in store. Website offers sandwiches toasted, pressed, or cold. They do not have a sandwich press at this location. They sell several publix meats online that are simply not available at this store.

Don’t let the unassuming facade fool you, this is a super nice and well maintained Publix! The inside is awesome with a really cool layout (I think this used to be a Greenwise Publix) and the shelves were well stocked and the customer service was on point. I would highly recommend shopping at this Publix if you are in the area 😊👍

This Publix is smaller but has everything you need. It is more boutique like. Located in a strip mall where you can go to UPS, a vet, and several restaurants.

This is our neighborhood Publix where we usually do the grocery shopping. Very friendly staff, easy parking, plenty options, long working hours. Of course it is more expensive than some other options but this is not a surprise or a secret.

Coolest and biggest Publix Deli and prepared foods section in the area. I come here to get my cooled sides and main dishes if time is not on my side. Their customer service is the best, never left feeling like they didnt carry exactly what I needed

This is a great Publix. I’ve been shopping here regularly since we moved to this Boca area 7 years ago. Employees are helpful and nice. But I want to say that the absolute BEST employee who works here is Carol! She works in the Bakery. She is the SWEETEST person ever!! She has put together orders for cakes for ALL of my special occasions over the past 7 years (from my wedding cake, baptisms, baby showers, every birthday cake, etc..). They have all come out perfect! She always greets me and my boys with the kindest smile and words. My boys light up when they see her and she often gives them a balloon. Kudos to an absolutely AMAZING person who truly makes shopping there an absolute pleasure!!

I was in the area, and I stopped in for a couple of items. This location is like no other Publix Ive been to. I really like the way its set up! The store is very clean and well organized. Every employee I interacted with was very nice! I wish the Publix locations in my area were as nice.

This is the best Publix and overall friendly staff Ive encountered. So clean. So organized. They really move efficiently. Especially Manukah in the Seafood department who absolutely provides the best and most friendly service and truly knows what it means to deliver an above and beyond service experience!!! From the time we called to check on availability to already preparing for our arrival and getting us what we need. AMAZING!!!Absolutely fantastic and keeping the spirits bright and making it a fabulous shopping experience. Thank you so much! Keep it up. This should be your go to Publix. Id drive extra and bypass the other locations just to have this experience.

Publixs answer to Whole Foods without the high prices. Beautiful store that is smaller then a normal Publix or Whole Foods.They have weekly ads and offer a 2 for 1 wine special that featues 2 selections. Very nice selection. Ivna, the wine director is very knowledgeable and a super guy.

Went in there to get a sandwich there was no sign that was visible for you to see where they were and this was my first time into this Publix. When I finally found it nothing was out nor was there anyone to assist you.

I am actually writing about the new Green & Wise on Glades and Boca Rio.Everything looks beautiful. Great selection in bulk items, juices and cosmetics. The only drawback I saw today is - selling tomatoes in plastic containers or plastic foil. Why are they doing that? There was no option buying regular tomatoes loosely. Please change that.

This is a good supermarket, nice, clean, modern with a nice selection of produce, meats and fish, and other goods.

Amazing store but is an exact copy of Whole foods. Same type of restaurants and same interior design but I would still go to Whole foods. The employees here are incredibly upbeat but sadly lack in the ability to do there job properly. Sadly the employee I went to didnt really know what they were doing with a coupon that said 50%. Other than that very clean nice place. But I would still go to Whole foods instead.

Staff is always helpful

They allow people to shop without masks, against PBC mandates and against publix policy. If you want Covid-19 or think it’s a liberal hoax, then this is the place for you. Every other publix in the county has an employee at the entrance making sure masks are being used. Not this publix. Clearly managers do not care for employees or customers health.

Ive always gotten great service until tonight when my friend and I got kicked out of the queue by Rachel, who was the teller, we felt so embarrassed as she made a scene in peak store hours. We went to get a few odds and ends so we decided to share a cart. In total we had 11 items, I had 5 and she had 6, however we were paying separately. I spoke to a manager and he didnt even seem bothered and was dismissive with the complaint. Im really not happy with the service I received tonight.

You have the best people working for you. Gary, and PJ are some nice and personable.The best efficient, friendly, and informative employees. William is one of my favorites as well. Also is kind friendly and great service. They are truly assets to Public corporation

Location is everything!

Very clean, very well priced and some nice boutique items as well. Love the fresh veggies and mushrooms.On a side note I forgot an item in the evening, came back the next day, and with prompt service, they were able to replace my item quickly. No hassle. Thanks guys!

I find this place way to expensive. you can find the same stuff at regular supermarket much cheaper. Cheese selection is better at trader joes for half price.Staff are really nice and helpful and go out of their way to help you.

This my favorite of all the Publix. Gourmet deli, fresh fruit, huge wine selection. Checkout is always fast. And a great bakery, it will be your favorite too !!

This store is WAY better than Whole Foods any day of the week. The people who prepare the hot foods prepare them right there. They have a small, buffet style bar for Chinese food too. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The prices are way cheaper than Whole Foods too. If youre in Boca and want organic food, go to Greenwise and stay away from Whole Foods. You get much better value for your buck and you get a smile too.

Its a great place to shop, people are respectfully friendly there.

Publix Greenwise is my choice for groceries... Its close to home and their produce is very good quality. Also they carry a wide selection of cheese and fresh breads from their bakery and their buy one get one free sales are not to be missed especially when it comes to their wine.

The WORST place for order a cake!!!! I ordered a cake two weeks ago for my daughter’s Baptism and yesterday when I went there to pick it up they didnt know nothing about it. The lady from event planet that gave to me the estimate and supposedly take my order, yesterday when I arrived there just said so sorry but I don’t remember you and I don’t have your order. I have the card with the price I have the picture of the flowers that she showed me that day for decorate the cake and they don’t have the order??? They are incompetent... the worst thing is that I couldn’t order another because they don’t have material for do it and they wanted sell me a old and horrible cake that they have it there. Conclusion I had to pay in other place a lot of money in other place for resolve your incompetence and anybody any Manager wanted yo resolved it. NEVER NEVER NEVER order a cake there for an important occasion.

Clean and attractive Publix specialty store with quality products sold by engaged,courteous, and professional employees. Really the only drawback seemed the rather small parking lot. I have not appreciated a Publix offering this much since the late lamented Publix Direct. Hopefully Publix maintains this concept longer as a cost effective alternative to hipster Trader Joe and richster Whole Food$.

I love Publix in general and this Greenwise in particular. Always nice and helpful people and everything is well stocked all the time. No complaints except that I have to be in Boca to visit. Always Clean!

The store is clean, organized and well stocked. I was impressed by how different this publix looked from all the others in the area, however, my shopping experience was very uncomforrable after a staff asked me to stop taking pictures of the store🙄. She ruined it!! so I just grab my eggs and wrap and left immediately.

One of my favorite Publix locations. Its a little more upscale than your typical Publix grocery store and has more speciality and organic offerings. It also has a bigger wine and cheese selection than the typical Publix and I feel like the service is better.

I hate shopping here. They are always out of stock of the most basic items and the things they do have (produce) are in terrible shape. One week they didnt even have chicken breast! Today, no cucumbers or white onions and zero ripe avocado. Why even bother going here when I know I am going to have to go to another publix right after in order to get the items this one is out of?! So frustrating. The only reason I am giving two stars instead of one is the evening seafood guy. Hes great.

Publix Greenwise stores are focused in a organic and healthy products, from vitamins, sport nutrition, organic produce and many others organic products. Amazing wine selection from $759.00 dollars bottles to $5.99 dollars bottles. Great bakery section, and awesome delli department. Plus your not so healthy favorites.

Asked for a pizza and very mean guy who is working there told us 15 minutes, we went there after 15 minutes and he was just starting, so we waited another 15 minutes and kept checking but the guy didn’t even look at us and ignored us. Idk wth was wrong with him. Very rude.

I happened to be on this side of town today and needed a few things. I had quit going here because I moved, but mainly because the meat is *always* spoiled, the produce is poor quality, and the prices are higher than a regular Publix. I thought maybe things had improved, so I gave it another try.I wont make this mistake again. Ever. I am completely done with Greenwise, and especially this location.I bought some beef today, and came straight home with it. I just took it out of the fridge, and its spoiled. I have returned or thrown out meat from there so many times. It used to be the closest to me, and I had limited options when I needed to get some groceries without driving several miles to another store.Fire your meat department and fix the management of it already. This is disgusting, and I can only assume that what we dont see in that department is even worse.Dont shop here unless youd like to waste your time and money.

This particular Greenwise is the only one Ive ever shopped. Its close to home and is the go to for that reason at times. However, I decided that my last visit just happened for a number of reasons. They do not adhere to the return policy of regular publix. Their packaged lettuce bags arent fresh looking much of the time. Every single time I have shopped there is an item or 2 or 3 items that Im looking for that they dont have. The service at the deli, prepared foods, bakery and cashier lines is extremely slow. Lastly they are overpriced on many items!

The variety is huge and the wraps are the best. The have an awesome hot food section that is always fresh with different items each day.

I love publix and though I liked the increased selection of organic items here. However it doesnt have the same warmth as a traditional publix which is part of why I shop at publix. My particular complaint is bakery staff. My son cant wait chocolate so a sprinkle cookie at publix is his favorite thing. They almost never have them and are always rude when I say he cant have chocolate. At other publix they always go get some from the back or open a box. This place nope. They dont even try to help. Id honestly rather go to whole foods at this point. At least my son doesnt expect a treat there and then end up disappointed.

I like Greenwise and they usually have a good selection of organics. Lately, their selection has been very limited (I can only assume its a low supply). I wish they made it easier to distinguish the organic from non-organic produce. The staff are super friendly and checkouts are crazy fast. The only major issue I have is nearly all their products (even the standard brand items) are more expensive than the non-greenwise publix down the street.

The sandwiches and deli options are pet solid. The staff is always very friendly as well. Store is usually busy but they always have enough people there to make it easy to get in and out.
