Busy place to deliver! They are not set up for dry van deliveries, which is what I had. One guy having to climb in and out of the truck, pallet jack the pallets to the forklift, forklift the pallet to where he needed it..thank goodness it was only 4 pallets! The flatbed line was a long wait on the road from what I could see. Staff was nice though!

All the time it takes 3 to 4 hours to unload a truck, this guy spends a lot of time talking to all the people who works here.after 2 and a half hours I asked him if he could get me out of here soon and he told me that if I dont have time I shouldnt go to this place.

Sales Staff was unnecessarily condescending on multiple occasions, had to deal with incorrect sizes to avoid further communication with Sales. The yard guys were helpful and courteous

Very bad service for delivery no parking space and was there for 4 hours to deliver flatbed because they say it was going to rain

Me and my husband just drove here 3 hours figuring they close at 4:30 like it says on the website we got here at 4:05 and they were closed absolutely terrible and bad business

Been here numerous times. This morning during COVID 19. Had to make phone order. When doing so they priced me $291.14. Knowing better i declined sale. Went to Lowes bought same exact order spent $191.72.Beware of pricing just because theyre a supply house doesnt mean your saving. DishonestI wont go again.

Customer service inside is good, but the guys outside takes long to grab your materials or they cant be found

Nice people.Check your boxes for corner damage. They’ll switch them out if you catch it.

Worse drywall supplier by far. Horrible customer service. Rude employees (except for Regina Gagne. Feel sorry for her. She is great). Unfortunately they are the only drywall supplier around Boca area and the only USG ceiling retailer. I only go there when I have no other option.

Worst L&W in the entire state of Florida! People were rude, nearly got ran over by 6 forklifts. The office staff was completely rude when dealing with me. Absolutely no help from anyone on site. Waited 30 min to be helped. Absolutely terrible.
