We purchased our daughters closet at Container Store (Boca Raton - Town Center) and we could not be happier.Our experience was excellent - from the purchase, through delivery and installation. We used the dolly service for delivery and the communication was on point - I asked for 30 min call ahead and received texts letting me know when Donald G. (our helper) was picking up the items, headed to my house, near the house... Donald was very professional and careful with walls and the hard wood floor - also the stairs.Our installer was Rodolfo - also amazing! We had an issue with the design due one of the closets wall being slanted (the design tool the store uses does not allow to slant the wall and that became a bit of an issue with the installation so we had to modify the design and replace parts and pieces to make it work). Rodolfo was amazing, went back to the store with us and helped through the entire process. It took longer than expected but our babys closet was finished and it looks beautiful!I DEFINITELY recommend their services and I will come back for my own closet now.

Andrea was an amazing closet designer! I drew up a sketch of my closet with measurements and brought it with me to the store. I told her exactly what was important to me and she entered the info into her computer while I was there. She took me around and showed me examples of what my options were. It was a perfect experience. I left that day with all my items and my hubby installed it. I cant say enough good about the whole thing; in store and all the way to the finished product. My friends LOVE my closet & are inspired to organize theirs too! The price for what you get is also amazing. They have every price range to choose from too! I definitely recommend the shoe pull outs; 6 pairs fit in each and what a great day to store your shoes!

I purchased two customized closet solutions from this store, their Elfa system. I highly recommend if youre interested in this to contact the store and work with one of the design specialist. I worked with Andrea and she was extremely friendly and helpful. She called back when she said she would and even contacted me after to follow up and make sure I was satisfied. I couldnt be happier with my finished product.
