What a great place. The staff so helpful!! Bought an atrium acrylic for a picture of someone who recently passed away. It was to be a birtday present for her sister. So this was so important to me. The manager was so understanding and helped me through the process. I cant thank you enough for the kind words and extra gift. It is not very often you see this in customer service. Thanks so much and I certainly will be back.

I love this store. I have hundreds and hundreds of these poloroid type photos at home and work. I would recommend uploading your photos onto the website and just picking them up at the store... but only if you are doing a ton of pix. Otherwise it is easy to do and the staff was very helpful. Be aware, it might take an hour if they get busy for the prints to finish up.

I purchased a lot of photos for family and friends. The Photo and Go is better than Polaroid for sure and when I decided to see they had a sale on photos on acrylic I was genuinely excited. One of the blocks was printed in reverse, they offered to remake the photo as it should have been, which I decided to do but also tried to sell me the reversed photo at full fee. When I said no, they offered me half off the full price which was 25 instead of the 20. Kind of tacky trying to sell me a flawed photo that was their error at 40, then 25. Honestly with the amount I spent, it should have been offered at a much more reasonable fee. And frankly it should have been offered at 50% off the sale price not the full price. Will I come again, sure, just did not appreciate how the error was treated to make me spend more.

Terrible customer service, I had three Christmas gifts printed one on metal and two magnets boxes, pictures came out terrible, one was so dark that you cant see the image and the magnet was blurry. I called to see if I could edit the pictures, they said no because the error was my doing, not because they did something wrong. Waste of money and have no gifts to give.
