Mobile Source is the BEST place to get your phones repaired in all of South Florida. Their technicians are incredible and actually take their time to complete the repair correctly the first time. Brillaint, saved my life. (Not really, just goes to show how dependent we have become on our mobile devices). But I was in a real pickle whilst over from the UK visiting my mother in Florida. My screen completely broke (it had been a bit dodgy for a while). I had phone and WhatsApp contacts and needed to receive and send messages. I could not wait another week to get back to the UK. (My girlfriend might have thought I had lost interest in her for not replying to her WhatsApp messages)I tries several places to get an unlocked phone to transfer the SIM card. All trying to sell me expensive phones and not helpful saying whether the SIM card would fit.Found MobileSource. Excellent and friendly service. Sorted out an almost identical phone at a reasonable price.

The staff is amazing! I dropped my phone and cracked the screen right before the onset of hurricane Irma and was nervous about the screen getting worse when I needed the phone the most during the storm. I was able to go into Mobile Source and get my phone fixed in 20 minutes! The staff was friendly and very courteous, they made my stressful day much more manageable. I took my iphone x in to be repaired as the device wasn’t powering on even with it being charged. The man who took my phone for an hour and a half said he would call me when he knows whats going on with it. I get a call saying that he can’t repair it because there is liquid damage and he is unable to fix it. I then took the phone to a different repair place and they had it done in an hour and told me there were zero signs of any water being in the phone. Thank you for wasting my time.

These people are shady crooks. They will sell you a product and market it as brand new but for a cheap price... not let you hold it or touch or test it while in the store and then the item will be defective right off the bat. DO NOT GO THERE. you will waste your money and will be greatly dissapointed with the lack of customer service and professionalism.the credit card machine mysteriously doesnt work at times and they prefer cash and give you an empty promise to have a receipt email to you.even the chargers are not new, instead they just pull off the ones used by themselves and hand those to you.DO NOT SHOP HERE. Spend your money elsewhere!

I do not normally write reviews but this business deserves it! I dropped my iPhone X in water and although the phone is supposed to be water resistant, water entered the camera. I immediately turned off the phone and took it to MobileSource as they have a TekDry machine that extracts 100% of the water within an hour. Water damage is no joke and I was worried that the phone still wouldnt work after being dried but Rosney Perez at MobileSource assured me they would not charge me for the service if the phone didnt work. While they were able to extract the water, unfortunately my phone wasnt fully functional and they were true their word and did not charge me a thing. They even recommended I visit Apple to see if they could help me and thankfully they were able to.Its rare to find such an honest business that does not try to gouge you. I will definitely use their services in the future.

In January, I apparently had the black screen of death on my Galaxy 4S (ironically and unfortunately I received after the death of my cousin). By the time I took it to the closest repair shop (ubreak...whatever they are called) my screen had mostly returned. They told me the problem and said it would be $155 and pay half now and get it back in a day or two.I wanted a second opinion and came to Mobile Source after driving through the maze of warehouses. The rep told me if he would take it in the back and put it on the machine. Alarm bells went off in my head...what are they going to do to it in the back?He came out a minute later and said it was the same problem as the other place told me. He also said that it was not the original part. He further said, it was working fine at that point and there was no sense in fixing it and I should wait and see if continues to work.Three months later, the phone works fine. Like an auto repair shop or a HVAC company, they can tell you anything and you really dont know. Duh, I was even banging on a table the night before reading suggestions online.How much more honest of a business can you ask for?I kept forgetting to write this, but since the phone wont charge in the car (online says you need a 2 amp charger), I remembered as I plan to check it out with these guys tomorrow.I wish they fixed cars too...at least I know I would not get ripped off.Please give them your business...dont let nice guys finish last.
