I bought a Sonoma nonstick Spatula thinking it was the best place to do it, but it was the worse decision ever. Went back to the store and nicely asked to be changed, the Manager not nicely at all said there’s no refund for a burn spatula, I answered saying that it was not my fault it is the bad material of your Sonoma products. She didn’t even care about my health….really bad customer service not really recommended!!!

Went to pick up an online order, there was no one else in the store and the sales staff just looked at me and had me wait 20 minutes. A little unnecessary considering they were not busy
Anything and everything for your kitchen. We fell in love with a ceramic pheasant. It was packed so well it made the 900 mile trip. The staff was great and took the time to answer questions. With 2 chefs in the family, it was a place to visit.
I wasn’t impressed with the customer service in this this place . The store was clean and had signs with preacautions towards the virus which is great so for that it gets three stars, but the customer service not so good . I was thinking of buying one of the brevielle coffee makers and asked one of the sales associates to tell me how the machine works . Her answer was I don’t know I don’t drink coffee but you work here you should know about everything I’m in the store I could be a potential sale . She then went and proceeded to ask her colleague and the colleague didn’t even look at me and said to her I don’t know I don’t drink coffee . Wait was more embarrassing was a gentleman who was a customer heard everything and was like I know how it works and went to tell me everything about the machine . This is very strange to me how this company hires people who don’t have a clue of what they sell and if you don’t at least train your staff the proper way so they know . I left because I’m not going to buy a product I don’t feel comfortable on how it works . I will go somewhere else like sur la table those people really know their coffee machines In detail . Please teach your employees how to everything works . The service doesn’t look good if you’re clueless...
Williams Sonoma’s delivery and unwillingness to follow up leaves much to be desired. The delivery date has been delayed 3 times and they are unwilling to do anything about it, stating it is out of their hands. Yet, they promote the benefits of free delivery in their website - what they ought to do is follow up with their customer service to ensure timely and truthful delivery dates - especially given logistical challenges we currently face. While Williams Sonoma was eager enough to process my order and charge me, they are unwilling to do anything to ensure reasonable delivery. I ordered on June 22nd. Their delivery service gave a June 25th date. Then June 26th. June 27th. Now July 1st. And Williams Sonoma won’t do anything to expedite or help, including refusing to cancel the order. At this point, I could have picked it up. I expected more from this company.
High end kitchen essentials. $$$$Big money items. Purchased an air fryer on black Friday for 50% off with a William Sonoma merchant card I recieved as a gift. I would need a higher paying job to shop at this store otherwise. Picked up a few other small items to make life easier in the kitchen. The store was packed & busy. The associates were all very nice & helpful. The cashier had a bit of a challenge with the merchant card but eventually we were on on way.

I would not even give one star, I went to exchange a gift from a friend that lives abroad and doesn’t know about the gift receipt policy.I asked the cashier for exchanging for something else and she told they aren’t allowed to do it, ask for the manager and she told me it was impossible since they change the policy a few weeks ago. I said it was from the beginning of the year probably before they had the new policy and she told me I didn’t have any proof of it.Overall products are overpriced and employees talk to you like they’re doing you a favor.This store won’t ever have my business!!!!So do yourself a favor and go somewhere too.
This is one of my favorite stores ever. It has everything i need to cook and the staff always is happy and knowledgeable about every product. Keep up the excellent work.

Something for the person who has everything
This store has been an incredible disappointment. SHOPPERS BEWARE!! During a recent extensive purchase at this location we had the sales associate make 8 errors on our purchase. These errors include charging us for items we didnt receive, informing us we will get a discount for all items purchased that day which we didnt receive, and packing our order with 3 styles of wine glasses and told us they were all matching from 1 product line. I have spent over 3 hours on 4 calls to this store speaking to Amy and Michael. Each call I am told they will contact me within 24-48 hours. The last call was 5/14 still no response.
If you want to give a gift that will last for many years, visit this store. Impeccable place, with a top notch service customer.
Found what I needed.
A must try is the 25 year aged balsamic vinegar. The staff will give you a sample if you ask. Also, while we were there we noticed an interactive cooking class being held... We are definitely interested.
Attended the Thanksgiving preparation class. Amy did a great job.
My mom purchased a non-stick pan for $69.95 on 8/30/18. After 3 uses, the pan had multiple scratches! It is labeled “dishwasher safe” and “backed by our lifetime warranty” to be scratch resistant.She brought it back to the Town Center Mall in Boca where the store manager Barbara was nasty! She said “that William Sonoma would not want her to take it back and replace it.” My mother informed her that she “could keep it because I had no further use for it. She could feel free to throw it away.” She refused and instructed my mom to not leave it there and take it with her.After never trying to return thing after spending thousands of dollars in that store, she refuses to go back. It’s not even about the money, but I guess this is what customer service has come to...”.
This store has truly outstanding customer service.

Be careful...after returning home, I notice the products I bought from them had an expiration date of 07/2017. I called to inform them and the woman was so rude to me on the phone indicating thats never happened and theyve been selling this for years. She said she had a line of people and couldnt help me at the moment and would have to call me back today or tomorrow. My husband decided to go in person and he returned the items and got a refund. They have very poor customer service because the woman at the store didnt even apologize for the inconvenience or offer to see if they had new products not expired. I will not go to this store again.Please check the expiration date of your products before buying them since the employees could care less.
Great store for an avid cook. Great selection of kitchen gadgets and accessories. Also very good for gift buying.
Like all of the other stores, this one is beautifully organized and well staffed. I find more great sale items here than anywhere else and its always a pleasure to shop
I went to buy to frying pans as gifts they only had one of the one I wanted. I asked if I could buy the display pan for a discount they said no. They were very eager to make a sale dispite not having what I wanted and the pushy sales tactics were a turn off. I went to the William Sonoma website and found the same pans for $25 cheaper per pan.
My husband and I wanted to buy an expensive item as a gift to someone from this place. We went online first, found that kitchen item in red, website said it’s available in the Town Center Mall. My husband goes there and somebody in the store says they only have brown, he says but we check online, and it’s still available in red, but they only have brown....So I emailed, and got the answer on the following day from customer service about they contacted the store manager and they have the red and they put it on hold for me, so we had to go back and then we got the right product.Why was it hard at the first time? Don’t understand

Place order yesterday didn’t receive a email confirmation. My bank was charged. I was sent an email telling me to place my order again. I called customer service and put on hold for over 2 hours so I hung up. Called this morning was on hold for 12 min and was told she could only take new orders so was transferred and left on hold 37 more min to another person who said she could only take new orders. I have made countless purchases over the years and thousands of dollars with this company and they are loosing me as a customer because there whole model is sales and zero service. Never my $ again👎👎👎👎👎Williams Sonoma!
