Alex was amazing! He set up my new samsung watch for me and was so patient and understanding. This is the reason all of my friends and family love T-Mobile.
Ridiculous customer service, first I go in and get asked for my number and name without any explanation of why, then the manager asks if we need help, we say yes and he says someone will help in a minute. Finally we get a rep to help us, which was to follow simple instructions in the notes on the account. After another 20 minutes and rep running back and forth to other representatives to ask stuff, again without telling me what is going on, he tell me the manager is analyzing the situation...I asked what is there so long to analyze in another 10 min, and I was told the manager is in the bathroom now. So I took my phone and left. What a waste of my time.

I need to give a big shout out to Alex who works in this stores location. He is not only a very knowledgeable person in helping the customers but also goes up and beyond to help you resolve the problem you are dealing withI had purchased a brand new Samsung galaxy S21+5G that just died on me right before I had to go in for surgery. He and one his female managers who I wish I could remember her name, made sure that I would not be without a phone the day before my surgery!

Wish that there were more associates like him in other places! Overall, amazing store and great environment!

The entire store has an amazing and wonderful staff. Sebastian and Thaer were great with helping me switch over to Sprint. The whole staff did a fantastic job in multi-tasking as the store was busy (i can see why considering the staff is so helpful, everybody wants to go there!). I will be sending all my friends and family here !
I left metro pics, for Sprint. Way better deals. I now have a Samsung Galaxy 9S+ for $30 a month. Metro wanted to be paid in full. I am o. A family plan and my bill just for me is, $65 a month. Metro was $60 plus $3 to pay the bill in the store. So for $2 more I now have a Samsung Galaxy 9S+. Best deals ever!

This was my first time at this Sprint location and I have to say that the service was excellent. Store Manager, Kenneth was very helpful and made my decision to switch to Sprint an easy process. I definitely recommend this location.

One of the worst experiences Ive ever had with customer service. I was ignored when I arrived even though there was only one other customer there. The the guy who was walking over was trying to ask me what I needed from across the room while being incredibly rude. Then when I was trying to tell him what I needed he was arguing with me telling me what I wasnt free when I never said anything about the phone being free I was simply trying to trade in my phone. When my boyfriend stepped in and told the man to stop being rude and told us to leave. This makes me want to switch plans. This was absolutely embarrassing and I will never go back here.
Two kids trying-to managed a multimillion dollar business, seriously need help, and training. After an hour trying to switch my sim card then they figured they dont have an sim card for iphone 8 plus. The (male kid texting and the girl in the computer lost on what is the steps to solve he problem. Sad...!Wish they can pay attention to this matter and help the employees to get better on what they do.
Great store they have wonderful employees there, I came in to switch to sprint from Verizon me and my family, I was helped by Brian he was very friendly and helpful took care of all my and my familys needs will be recommending friends and family to him he was great sprint is great !!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. Spent 3+ hours in store setting up bill and new phones. Salesperson Christian lied about total charges quoting us at $40 less than what the bill actually was. Also forgot to finish our sale 100% resulting in more fees.
Save yourself the headache, drive to the other Sprint store on Wiles & 441 worst experience. Tried upgrading my phone here. The account is in my sisters name, always has been and never had an issue upgrading once, I obviously have the pin & security code but was met with negative employees that wanted to close early non of them were knowledgeable about the phones they were selling. After debating with them for 30mins that the Moto z2 is faster than the z3 despite z3 being newer, was told I couldnt update because the account wasnt in my name despite being an authorized user and having all required pin / security information. After wasting my time for over an hour to tell me you cant upgrade, drove down to the wiles store and they did it in 15 mins with a smile.PS - Listen to the bad reviews on here, theyre about right. The good reviewers look to be paid and boosted, maybe even employees.

Staff is friendly. WiFi is super slow, which is ironic because there sole purpose is connectivity. Takes a really long time to switch phones, not staffs fault.
