Apple’s customer service is always top notch. I made an appointment very easily, and I was checked in immediately upon arrival. I had to wait maybe 10 minutes for a representative to help me, but that was OK because it allowed me to look around at all the new and cool products. My representative was very professional, knowledgable and helpful. Apple‘s customer service is what has kept me a loyal customer since my first iPhone which was an iPhone three.
Aside from requiring masks in the store which no other stores do, the service is amazing and the selection is well, typical Apple, varied and exciting.
Even though the store was pretty busy, the employees were efficient at getting everyone taken care of. Al helped me and was great! He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely recommend this store and the employees deserve accolades for functioning so well as a team especially during pandemic times!!
AirPod Max - wow. I am amazed at how advanced Apple products are compared to their competition. Make an appointment, go right in, shop / browse excellent service.
Worked with Ben, great guy, thorough in every way. Great service!
Very beautiful and elegant mall with all the best designers in fashion, it has ample parking. There is many charging stations for your phones and laptops. The atmosphere is very nice and is very clean.
In and out, no issues. Friendly staff, fast service. Busy place.
Hats off to the staff at the Boca Raton Apple Store! Thank you, Corey and team, for ensuring that we had what we needed, were all set up before leaving and for walking me through new product items. In a time when service is lacking, I appreciate your attention to our needs and for your overall care!
I took my Mac, which I purchased in 2015 and has been reliable as all heck, to the Apple Store in Boca to replace the battery. What I got back was a Mac that looked brand new. Gone were the the cracks on the Apple insignia, the blotchy screen and the dents on the sides of my unit. Apple has never let me down and Im a happy customer. The customer experience at the Boca store was superior as well, from start to finish.
I pre ordered iPhone 13 pro, pick it up and phone was not activated nor able to make calls.. I went back to the store right after my phone finished data transferring because I couldn’t make any calls or receive calls. James that works for this Apple Store denied me from entering the store yet he was allowing people to enter to buy new phones. James also told me there is nothing Apple can do to help him with my line or activation. This James is a disgrace to humanity and is very uneducated on service need to complete sale. I am going to bring my entire order back for refund because of James. I don’t want yo associate myself with Apple because of James. I’m not going to stop reviewing until James manger contacts me and James hears about his service provided to me. This is my agenda.
Standard service offered at Apple stores. They don’t answer the phone and they won’t do anything technical without an appointment. If you have time you can take a number and schedule an appointment for two hours later. after two hours they told me you cannot replace the screen of an iPad. Right inside the same mall I had the screen replaced within an hour. Apple products suck.
I was a happy customer in this store today. My iPhone’s screen wasn’t working properly and the gentleman who helped me fixed it in 10 seconds flat. I was so grateful!
The worst Apple Store I’ve ever seen in my life. I’ve been in many countries and different stores and this one is the worst!!! We went to the store to buy a MacBook using the tax free season and student discount but this store made it difficult and do not sell it to me. On the same day I bought it online and scheduled a pick up on the same store and guess what??? They made it difficult again!!! Don’t go there ride a little bit more to get into another store where have decent workers!!!!
Best apple in sf right now tbh. ive been to all of them at this point hunting for the iphone 13 😅 and post covid this is the one. you dont need an appointment to go in like the others and they let you actually browse around without hovering over you like at the others. not pushy at all and let you take your time to look at the products which i like. you have to wear a mask though.
We spent like 2 hours in the store. We had an issue with my phone company. But the apple workers were so nice and. They help us until the phone was ready to make and receive phone calls. Thans. So much. What a great. Team. Plus. All the. Employees were always cleaning and sanitizing the. Store.
My aunt bought a laptop 💻 from the Apple 🍎 store in Boca Town Center in Boca Raton. I believe they are now selling the Apple I Phone 12 📱. Apple (McIntosh) computers started in 1984 under Steve Jobs (1955-2011). Mr Wonderful from ABCs Shark Tank once said Steve Jobs was not easy. As it is, come 2024, they will be celebrating their 40th anniversary!! Lets see what perks they have in store then!!!
Super busy on the weekends, easier to go on a weekday.
THE BEST APPLE STORE IN FLORIDA !!! I recently went there with a completely destroyed iphone11 and i forgotten my apple id password !! i couldn’t turn off find my iphone there for i couldn’t get my phone replaced, 2 extraordinary employees, Daniel and For the life of me i hope i’m remembering her name correctly, Janet were able to go beyond and beyond to project my broken phone onto a monitor bc fortunately my iphone screen was still touchable and using there senses they were able to reset my password!!!! Janet was able to figure out going into my notes and copying and pasting a password from something i written before, anybody would have sent me away but these two workers would not give up until they solved my problem through and through and I walked out of there with a new phone that same day!!!! it was a miracle if i ever seen one !!! BEST APPLE STORE IN FLORIDA ASK FOR DANIEL AND JANET!!!!!!!
Good people work there. All great helpful and informative.
James denied me as a returning customer that with a brand new iPhone 13 pro that was not activated. Told me Apple couldn’t help me with my iPhone and denied me from entering the store. He is a worthless human being that should not have the opinion make noise. As a customer that spent 1,600 on a phone and phone lines not working. Horrible service James should be ashamed of breathing.
Made a reservation through my applecare plan and chose this location at the mall. Was super surprised at how easy, fast, and efficient my trip went. Hardest part was finding parking. You get your temp taken, stand in the correct line that they tell u where to go and wait for the next associate that comes up and takes you back to their desk. They already know why you’re there. Super nice surprisingly. I won’t venture in there without an online appointment.
Usually the Apple Store can be a memorable experience. Not a positive memorable experience. That was how it began but then because of one customer agent, LeShea. She was informative and super nice. I was slightly frustrated with how my repair was going and the information that wasnt provided to me but LeShea stepped up providing me with the necessary information and even, Ron, who was performing the repair. Thank you both for really stellar customer service
Worst customer service experience ever. Arrogant front desk or whatever they called. I have an apple watch, iphone, ipad, lapt top. My phone that I use for work, simply is not responsive and I am unable to answer business phone calls. The APPle employee is RUDE and ARROGANT. Just going to my old and nicer android, microsoft, whatever, but never more APPLE for sure
Having an appointment is meaningless. This place is always a madhouse over flowing with people. Having to sit infront of the 90° omitting heat display screen was so unpleasant as we waiting 30 minutes past our appt time to have someone plug in our tablet and say it wasnt covered under warranty, but not being able to provide any sort of explanation? Even after we stated that online we saw apple themselves identify this device as having known screen issues. The tech couldnt even confirm if the serial number of the device wasnt covered under the apple replacement notice. Next time, we will just call versus ever going to a store.
I wish they were able to help me more with want I needed. My phone was stolen and they basically sent me to Tmobile to see if I can get a better deal.
Helpful and efficient. Was sent here from The Galleria apple store to pick up a replacement ipod for my son. We took a while to find the store since no one seemd to know where it was. The mall sinage focuses on two or three chains. Apple needs to be on the sinage with directions.
They tend to be very (Apple)PC. But overall GREAT customer service. I highly recommend setting an appointment before visiting.
My iPad was not connecting to my wifi. Comcast/Xfinity rebooted my modem and informed me it was probably my device so I made an appointment at the Apple Genius Bar. I could connect to the Apple wifi & access the internet. The knowledgeable Apple tech ran diagnostic tests just in case, and all was fine. It is a WiFi problem. The store was clean and crowded, the staff friendly and efficient. The wait time was about 20 minutes. A pleasant experience.
Went to this store to drop off my Apple Watch that I purchased about 2 months ago that it went completely black and would not charge and had an extremely rude technician named Michael and I was told my watch would be delivered to me by Friday- yesterday. At the end he said rudely I have nothing else here for you so I can leave. Than I never received any emails regarding my visit or repair ID number. I can’t get anyone on the phone and when I called Apple support they have no information about my Apple Watch repair. At this point I don’t even know what’s going on with my watch. I’m frustrated because I’ve with Apple for 12 years and getting this kind of service and waisting my time going back and forth with a new purchase. All I’m asking is to for the status of my watch and respect as a costumer! and I’m going to the store today to speak with w supervisor.
James that worked September 24 front of the store was and is a horrible human that should not be able to communicate with customers. Okay extremely rude and disrespectful
A proper message to your customers would be nice. Alex kept sending me back and forward as I was too early for my appointment. Don’t go in until 5 minutes before your appointment. Brian tough was much nicer and so polite . Why makeAn appointment if you gotta wait and people that were behind you with a later appointment go in first. Absoluto unprofessional! Worst customer service since Pandemic started.
Apple representative James denied my service after I spent $1,600 on a brand new phone that the previous agent didn’t activate my line. Horrible service by James and I’ll be coming back to return the device because of James.
Always very helpful there !!
I arrived a few minutes after my appointment and they canceled it. Then they had me wait in a line for 22 minutes to keep the appointment. After waiting all this time another associate told me they have to schedule my appointment at another day. They were very rude and unprofessional. Obviously they Just wanted to get rid of me. I’m not impressed with this store at all. I’ll get my Apple products elsewhere From now on but not at this location.
Very fast service and help on the point
The iPhone 12 is not fully compatible with iPads and it doesnt got a MP3 player with repeat on the phone and I got to grab a computer or online and break the phone just to play my own music please this phone is All digital and its more like distribution Center not an app store for Apple because you need some publisher that will offer a product and all Chinese to play my music like, everything for music took forever figure out and finally when you do the calculating its too small phone and you cant trade it in cuz its too new. And the customer support wants to know my city and its not even listed. I gave this phone three out of five but it should be called like the white Terminator something cool.
Mike was very nice and helpful! Genuine people are hard to find in this town nowadays. Would recommend for services.
Excelent stock of products, awesome attention as usual.Right now you have to schedule an appointment in order to be able to shop on the store. There is a stand by queue for appointment cancelations, but its up to you.Its the closest in person apple branch from South Beach Miami, even though its 50 miles up north.
I went to this location yesterday and had the worst customer service ever! My iPhone 11 screen stopped working and the guy who was supposed to help me was extremely rude. I have apple care and had service done before with no issues but this time it was a joke! He completely ignored everything I said and kept insisting and wanting to debate that my phone was definitely under water and that was my fault so I had to pay for it. I am pretty sure if my phone was under water I would have notice. Then his final suggestion was for me to take LEGAL ACTION against Apple!! What kind of employee make suggestions like this to a customer ??? What a joke and disappointment. Now I have to involve my lawyer on this because Apple claims their phone to be water resistance but really is not. Any little drop and you are screwed.
Ignorant. Malicious. Incompetent. These are the three best words to describe the impression Lance Robinson, manager of this Apple store, evokes. Lance tries to tell customers outside his store to wear masks, and then maliciously threatens to cancel their appointments. He is ignorant of the fact that Apple does not control common mall areas. To top it all off Apple failed to repair their defective iPhone 12 ProMax. Ignorant. Malicious. Incompetent. Any of those descriptors should cause recoil, but Apple and Lance Robinson are proud of their ignorance. They revel in malice, and they view competence as irrelevant. Apple has fallen greatly from excellence to contempt for customers. If Lance Robinson is Apples idea of a good store manager, just imagine the many other areas in which Apples integrity cannot be trusted. Miserable experience confimed.
I dont understand why they have to be so freakin rude! Ever time I go in this place. I really regret buying Mac.
I love apple and their products BUT BUT………Costumer service IS THE WORSE!!!!! I can’t wait to call apple and complain about it
Apple has hired an outside security company that watches over the stores. At the Boca Raton location they have no less than 6 security guards located at this location. They are the most arrogant people I have ever encountered. They follow you around the store like they are waiting for you to steal something. I told one of them to stop following me and he told me if you dont like it then leave. I own no less than 6 Apple computers, 2 Apple watches and a host of other Apple products. The employees at this location have a really bad attitude as well. I am done with this store and will never go there again.
Good service. Very fast moving lines. Very efficient
Im more of a Samsung guy, but the staff was nice
Worst customer service!!!! Employees are not helpful and professional!!! After getting new phone, I was outside of the store not having my phone working and no information!!!Want to post everyday about this location together with employees!!! Ridicules!!! Please avoid to go thereWorst place to go!!!I better will be without phone but will not go to this place
James is a disappointment to humanity. The person that hired this human to represent Apple should be ashamed of them selves. Horrible service and I’m going to bring the iPhone back for a refund. James will be hearing from me.
Beautiful store in a very nice location. I enjoy the store and this mall a lot
I went to this apple store in Town center, Boca Raton to buy I-pad on Friday. I asked an Employee out side the store maintaining queue weather I can go in since I have questions, he told me nothing is on display and I have to buy on line so I asked me how long will be the wait when I come to pick up, HE TOLD ME BUY FIRST. That was extremely rude of him, I hope management teaches him how to speak. I then went to Best Buy and bought it.
Well organized and quick service and friendly staff solve the problem with my iPad so fast I couldnt even believe it!
Do not waste your time here!! Zero customer service. This location needs to be shut down.
Domenica Zanni, the Senior Manager of the Boca Raton store was beyond amazing. My elderly father made some purchases while in a confused state and far beyond his budget. Domenica helped us with great patience and compassion. She spent a great deal of time trying to work through the complicated process that my father caused by buying and returning several items to the point where there were so many receipts I could hardly make heads or tails of it. Jessica was the utmost professional both in her knowledge as well as her mannerism. I have never seen an Apple Employee who went so far out of her way to make sure that we were satisfied. In addition, Benton was a HUGE help. He also treated my father with the utmost courtesy, respect, and patience. If it werent for these two incredibly considerate and caring people, we would never have bought an Apple product again. Now we know that this store is our Apple home for all future purchases. Thank you so much Domenica and Benton!
The security guards that accost apple clients is on a power trip clearly. I have spoken to the manager Shawn she did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation.
Relaxed place for shopping and hang around.
Smooth, Covid friendly interactions. Temp checks. Friendly and helpful staff.
The line was a joke. People were packed together standing less than 2 feet apart waiting for hours to get on.I had a Genius Bar appointment and showed up a few minutes early not thinking that they’d be overbooked.I walked away after checking in and being told to stand in line without following Covid protocols for social distancing.
Great customer service. Repair was done a day faster than the estimate they gave us. Lines are hella long sometimes, so plan ahead for that.
Very busy. Get there early
Very busy on the weekends, you have to make an appointment ahead of time.
My girlfriend made an appointment to buy a Macbook and watch. Obviously they are a little much about Covid (waiting in line, one at a time, temperature checks), especially with appointments, but once we got in it was amazing. Arthur helped us out and he was such a sweet and helpful guy. He explained everything and we left with the Macbook Air and just got the watch shipped today. I am not an Apple fan, as I have Android, but the computer is great and the store had Arthur.
The front check in line was a little messy. However, my sales lady Anna was terrific and helped me tremendously through the buying and decision making process.
Jami, Nick, and Mo were all so helpful and professional about the technical issues that brought me into the Apple store yesterday. Nick set up my appointment with Jami when we were brought into the store and he was so kind in that process. Jami diagnosed and discussed my technical issues with my old MacBook Pro and gave me numerous options on where to go from there, with Mo showcasing the MacBook Pro and MacBook Air lines as potential replacements for my old MacBook Pro. Even when I was taking time and going back and forth about buying then or coming in later to finish my purchase, they were so courteous and I didn’t feel pressured to make any specific decision that day. I ended up coming back a couple minutes later, trading in my old MacBook Pro for a new MacBook Air. Mo walked me through my purchase with ease, and Jami once again patiently assisted me in transferring the data to my new MacBook Air. I couldn’t recommend the help of these three enough!
Anthony (from Staten Island 😂) was the one who helped me and of course HE WAS AWESOME! Great social skills, informative, and funny! Apple needs more people like him!! I am a Droid fan, so you better PRAISE HIM BEFORE SAMSUNG SNATCHES HIM UP! 😂I purchased the APPLE SE AS A GIFT AND IT WAS A SUCCESS . Thank you all!
The worst especially during a pandemic. Online genius and in store providers misdiagnosed and contradict each other. Standard of care is falling annually. Im not planning on purchasing any more Apple as its clear the company cares about one thing: selling mobile phones and not supporting pro users v
I went to talk with them about the apple watch. I didnt have an appt and they offered to make an appt for me for 7 hours later. That wouldnt work for me so made an appt for the next day but then canceled that, decided against the watch. Dont try to go without an appt.
I trying to buy 2 iPhone, I came to the Aplle store at town center 7:00 the security told to come another day because the store was about to close, I left them I call Aplle they told me the store close at 8:00, I went back I ask his name them he told I can come inside. It’s unbelievable, I never think I have to please a security to buy, the security never give me his name, but was small short fat guy around 60’s.
I brought my laptop to be fixed twice between February and March. The first time I took to Palm Beach Garden’s mall to be fixed under the warranty, they did not fix anything. The second time, I brought it to Apple at Towncertet Mall. I booked an appointment, when they called me in, to my surprise the store associate wanted me to accept their “ terms and conditions “, they said they’d fix the computer at no cost, but if they found any “cosmetic damage “, which was never the initial reason why I too the laptop in and THEY CHECKED ON THE FIRST VISIT, they wanted to pay to fix the laptop. I did not agree, Jammie and Bob the manager were very rude and told me to leave, refusing service that under their own contracts they cannot refuse. I called Apple care center, explained how rudely I was treated, the call center told me they would take care of me, I went back to the store, left the laptop there, a week later they sent an email to pick up the laptop, when I got to the store they said someone tried to reach out to talk to me, but I did not answer, no one contacted me by email or called leaving a message. They tried to gipsy me at the store, asking me to sign that I was receiving back the computer, they tried to give back the computer broken, saying that I did not want the service done, but I caught them when I asked the person that was going to give the computer to test it before I left the store. This store is terrible. Be careful! I left the laptop at the store still broken.
Its always so crowded.
He security guards were great . Very helpful and directed the flow easily into the store . The task was great he did all testing on the phone and gave us a new phone as a replacement . Easy to do business with I would go back again in a heartbeat
Buy androids; alas they work -_-
The people are nice. It’s always crowded
Samantha was super helpful and patient. I had a very mediocre experience at a location closer to me and felt discouraged about speaking to another Apple employee. I felt comfortable to ask Samantha questions and I gained so much more knowledge from speaking with her. She made sure all my questions were answered and even offered me possible solutions which was perfect because I was very unsure about what to do. Overall a wonderful, pleasant and reassuring experience with her. Will definitely chat with her soon! Thanks Samantha!
Won’t be coming back. The staff was rude. On a Monday. That was slow. Seating in there wait area after the temp check. The employees just around all talking to each other. Need to have the computer checked. And still have to wait. They need to work on customer service. And learn how to speak. At this point I’ll buy another computer that is not a apple. Not worth my time or my money. Just lost a customer
Although very crowded, the staff is amazing. I got an appointment to fix my old iPhone 7 plus because it had many issues and not only have they helped me find out what was wrong, but they also helped me buy a brand new phone with a huge discount off🤩🤩 i love how the store is divided in sections, (example: one table helps you set up new phones, another table fixes ur phone and so on) but they also had some staff explain to customers (on a huge screen) how to use specific apps and had people interact with the board. I recommend going there with an appointment because it many take some time if you don’t have one, but overall amazing experience and i would recommend it.
I recommend not shopping on the internet. Today I was the victim of a scam with them. I bought a cell phone with my debit card and they deducted the amount twice, leaving my account with insufficient balance. I called my bank, called Apple, I wrote I used all the regular channels and no one gave me an answer, the bank says it was Apple, Apple says it is the bank, the truth is the only one affected is me because it is me who took the money 2 times, gave me only 1 cell phone and incidentally the bank charges me insufficient balance. This is a scam to buy online no one gives you an answer because in the store less and now with the issue of covid they almost do not even attend to you
Every single team member was friendly and helpful! They did a great job at managing so many customers coming in and out of the store with all the restrictions going on right now. We had a really great and personable employee sit down and help us. They were able to fix my phone within an hour too which was awesome!
Shame on you Big Apple! I am deaf and had a malfunction with my new Apple Watch which was not listed on your support website. Because detailed phone conversations are next to impossible with Cochlear Implants,I went to the store, the man outside told me could go inside and ask a question the Secuity guard on duty forced his way in front of me and point to door. I felt like I committed a criminal offense. I have multiple Mac/Apple products. I don’t find your company or your products looking out for those with disabilities.
They received your apple cel phone or computer for a new one! Here is the web site, to get your appraisal
Its always a thing with Apple products... I work for T-Mobile and sell their products for years... Purchased a Beats X headphone for my Dad on Christmas and they never worked... Made an appointment and was told warranty expired on July 2020 (brand new headphones purchased on December 2020)... Had to deal with Supervisors and Apple Product Support to finally get help... They will OF COURSE be replaced qs they have to, but the bad experience is what stays due to their own system issues... I shouldnt be bounced back and forth from Store to their Customer Support HAVING A FKNG RECEIPT!!!
Absolutely disappointed. Feel terrible. After 50 min on a phone waiting for appointment. I came 15 min before my time-and spent 40 min on a line. I was kicked out because I brought 4 devices. They advices me update phone at home. But with other devices I should to make another appointment. Manager doesn’t help. When I called again for appointment for me advised buy new phone, because no spots available to fix my iPhone 12 Pro Max. Apple already terrible, I think because of this they don’t have available spots to fix gadgets, so a lot of people have problems
Very rude staff! Woman employee was barking orders at the customers in line, yelling at them to get in the right line if they are making purchases or getting repairs done. I got in the right line and a male employee asked me what I needed. As I was starting to tell him the problem with my Apple TV, woman employee interrupts me to tell him to take care of the other customers and that she would take care of me.Customer Service 101, rule #1: Listen to your customers, and certainly dont interrupt them. She then told me I needed to make an appointment for the Genius Bar (no mention of this anywhere else) and that she couldnt do anything for me.All I wanted was for her to se if the Apple TV I had still worked. If it didnt, I could have bought another one then and there.Customer Service 101, rule #2: Dont miss out on a potential sale because youre too busy telling everybody what the rules are.So I think Ill find another solution rather than buy anymore Apple products. They have shown me time and time again they dont care about their customers.
What a horrible customer service. They approached me like if I was a thief. I just wanted to replace my screen.
Once you get by the grumpy guy at the beginning of the line, the gentleman that shows you to the kiosk and the staff are super nice and helpful!
Terrible visit had app there 2hrs fot ipad reset
There is always a bit of a line due to the popularity of the apple store. They have a good product selection and if they dont have it in the store they can order the item for you to pick up.
I love Apple! They make the best products in the world! The store really gets me an Apple feeling! Looking for a new phone? This is the place! Need a watch? This is the Place! Need a new computer? This is the place! Need a tablet? This is the Place! Whenever you go to the Town Center Mall, make sure to go to this store!
Deez nuts tbh
Pick up was fairly easy, considering pandemic. Had Appt time, and while I was nervous that we would have to wait longer as we showed up early, we were assisted earlier than our window. Waited in line about 20mins and was down in about 5 mins and on our way.
The COVID safety protocols and enforcement by the guards at the door seemed to cause more risk than preventing it. I approached the queue area to enter to buy something off the shelf. The guard grabbed my shoulder and pushed me towards a sign where I was supposed to sign in with a QR scanner. Great concept except a) make it clear b) do not touch me and c) there were 8 people crowded around this little sign. He tried to physically push me into those people.
Beautiful shop
The store is good, hate the mandatory of the mask, but its OK. One huge problem, after I did trade in my phone for the new one and asked did they wiped info from my phone, I got hacked and lost my accounts in social networks, so be careful, delete all info and reset the phone by yourself.
I was able to get into the Apple Store with social distancing and keeping us safe, thanks Apple
The staff here are always super helpful and friendly, I dont know if its just the store or all Apple stores but they always have the best customer service. They also had very good safety measures in place for covid-19 safety.
