Outstanding customer service!!!! I had a problem with my water heater. The manufacturer gave me the contact info for the local wholesaler. I contacted Carr Company and they send me the replacement part overnight. I spend less than 5 minutes on the phone. THANK YOU VERY MUCH Carr Company!!!!
