First, when you enter there is a smiling receptionist and it is spotless and clean. I was asked what my expectations were and what are my problems. The hearing testing was as complete as I have ever had and the results was explained to me. Options then discussed and a temporary hearing aide was offered. The entire experience was totally professional, friendly and warm.

Dr. Davison is absolutely the best! I found her three years ago when I was looking to start with hearing aids and she took a ton of time to take me through all the options, pros and cons. her staff is incredibly helpful as well. I ended up buying a pair of Oticon OPN blue tooth enabled hearing aids and it changed my whole outlook on life. I could finally hear again and the constant ringing of tinnitus was gone. I have since upgraded to the new Oticon More product which adds significantly better clarity than my last pair. also, these are completely rechargeable and very easy to use.I had an issue my first day and Dr. Davison was able to remote in to my phone and correct the problem in 5 minutes. I would highly recommend her for her service, but also, her pricing is 30-40% less than any other provider I spoke with.

I have a Tinnitus evaluation with Dr Michanne Davidson a day ago. In summary, the evaluation went great. Dr. Davidson showed mastery over the topics of tinnitus, hyperacusis and misophonia. Im happy that there was a medical professional that could help me in my conditions. She was very kind, courteous and overall I felt like I mattered to her. I have been going to the Boca Raton Active Life Hearing facility for the past 2 -3 months where I was fitted by Matthew for hearing aids. I had been trying to improve my hearing for almost 3 years but to no avail. Matthew explained that I would not have to keep the hearing aids & be charged for them if I was not entirely satisfied. After the initial testing, diagnosis & fitting, Matthew had me return at least every week for the first 2 months making minor adjustments when necessary. We also explored a microphone for my wife to use when she needed to talk to me from another room which has proved very helpful. I have also recently purchased a tv adapter which improves the clarity & volume while watchingprograms. Matthew is the kindest & most professional person I have ever worked with & will stop at nothing to ensure customer satisfaction. If seeking to improve your hearing, Matthew is your person.In addition let me mention that I also purchased my first hearing aid thru my AARP and my United ealhealthcare plan that never worked properly. Then I decided to try Costco’s supposedly the largest and most cost efficient dispenser of aids in the US. Once again they never as good as I expected plus dealing with their overcrowded stores and waiting for appointments for up to 2 weeks plus impossible crowds and difficult parking and waiting did not meet my requirements. Third try was the minimal cost USMilitary hearing aids. The geniuses that work their plus the nasty employees convinced me why the USAIs in bad a shape as it is. They were good enough to replace their first set but did not have the valuable features that Mathew was able to obtain. In addition I could not relate or listen to their lazy curt typical US Government Employees that shut their doors at 2 PMevery day.That’s why Matthew is number ONE to visit if one is getting old enough the require hearing aids to improve life style. Even though he may be more costly than the cheaper brands, not only did I receive more than a 50% insurance discount not only will he service me at a moment’s notice but always be super customer service oriented.Any questions me email is [email protected]
