Absolutely horrible. Dropped off my lawnmower for a repair. Was told they would get right on it and I’d get it back in 3 days. It’s been over 2 weeks and they finally ordered the part. Guy at the front desk told me it was my fault for not asking when I dropped it off. Asked for my lawnmower back and the guy hung up on me. Rude, unprofessional, incompetent, and overpriced. Go elsewhere for sure.To the owner who responded... get your service reps in line because not only did you just lie to protect yourself, but even your serviceman Nich stayed “the part was ordered on the 28th”. Told me that it was my fault for not asking sooner. As for not being charged, that is expected for the headache and waste of time you put me through.

I purchased a brand new generator ($4,500) at this place. It was a good price compared to other dealers. I brought here my older generator to see if they could repair it, and their diagnostic was the same as Rick Case Honda, for 1/3 of the diagnostic cost I paid six months ago. In addition, and above all, the professionalism, fairness and honesty of the employee Tony is exemplary and remarkable!!! I definitively recommend this place 100%!!!

The rudest, most arrogant employees ever. I went to look for a $4500.00 Honda generator and was talking to another customer who seems to have same interest . The Chinese /Japonese short clerk intervene into our conversation to tell us that he was busy with another customer not to bother him. so I told him firmly we were not talking to him.As a vet and senior citizen I ask him if any discount he roughly answered me you want the generator or you dont . Very rude worst then a drill sergeant, definitely no CS talent. My frustration cool of by the young mechanic who was kind to give me a quick turn over of operation and maintenance caution: I will take my mower comp business else where in Boca.

Worst shop ever, dont loose your time. Prices too high for new equipment and they let other customers get in line first for repairs.

I purchased a lawn mower from this store (over $800). I was told that I could return it if I wasnt happy with it after my first mow. They said they would clean it and Id get a refund. I had no plans on returning it but after mowing the lawn shortly after there was something about the mower I didnt like. The next day I called them and told them that Id like to return it or exchange it for another mower that didnt have the feature which I was not happy with. Suddenly the man who sold me it the day before changed his attitude towards me on the phone. We had a back and forth conversation/argument. In the end Im keeping the mower and will try to forget about this experience, as Im sure if I go back there they will gang up on me and it will not be a pleasant experience. These small shops will never last.. Home Depot & Lowes is worth the extra $30 more for this mower as they have a no questions asked return policy for 30 days. Lesson learned!! :(

The rudest, most arrogant employees ever. I highly recommend never having to do business with them. You call them and have a question, they automatically get cocky, rude and have an attitude like they know everything. The repairs are way overpriced. You ask to order specific brands and two days later, you go into pick up the brand item you wanted and they decided to save you money by not ordering what you asked for. One time I went in an waited almost a half an hour because they misplaced my order under stacks of paper...then when I got it and brought it home it was totally wrong and I had to wait another week. Another time, I Dropped my mower off, they automatically blamed me for putting bad gas into my equipment so I would have to pay for a $100 carb clean and not have a mower for nearly two weeks. When I called to ask how it was going or what the problem was they were rude. Simply did not care and just tried arguing. I am the client. I have spent money to support your business to help mine. But nope. Total JERKS. If you everrrrrr neeeeed work done...I highly recommend taking the time to give your business elsewhere. I am very disappointed I ever gave Boca Small Engines business for the past three years. Do yourself a favor and find a better supplier and repair shop. You should never leave a place feeling like crap but they certainly know how to piss the customer off. If youre truly desperate, ONLY ask for Tony. Dont even try to talk to anyone else.-Business Owner and Property Manager

VERY SLOW SERVICE! They kept my mower for 30 days with no explanation for simple easy repair. I took the mower back from them and went elsewhere. It appears they want to do business with commercial customers ONLY. Avoid them at all costs!
