This was one of my easiest projects so far. The guys that did the work on my pool enclosure wereGreat. By the time they had finished, it looks as though I had a brand new enclosure put in. On top of that, I did compare prices from other companies and Affordable Screening gave me the most for my money. They left my patio and yard spotless . I will definitely use them again .

Professional, trustworthy, reliable and efficient! Johns company has the outstanding reputation it does because of these attributes.Moving is stressful. Researching for different contractors in south FL can be even worse. John was quick to respond, came right out to see the space, competitively priced and was ready to have my job finished sooner than I even thought possible. After waiting for hoa approval, John had the guys out to my place within an hour of the approval and the job completed within 24 hours. After calling and leaving messages at a number of other screening companies and never receiving a call back. I came across Affordable Screening Pluss number. I called and John actually answered the phone, no voicemail, no automated system, it was the light at the end of the tunnel for me, since I had been trying to get help with repairing our pool screen enclosure for months. John was able to get out to our home that same day in order to send me a quote within 24 hours. My initial call was on Monday and our enclosure was repaired Friday by the time I got home from work. I did not even see the wonderful gentlemen that actually did the repair. John made the whole process seamless. The work was wonderful and pricing was fair. I would have given it five-star if Allan,would have done all the work. He is very professional, hard-working and has a very responsible crew. Other contractors were involved that is why I gave it 4 stars. The painter was a hard-working man, he even came on Mothers Day. Metal could have used a second coat due to blotchy spots, rough areas. The first crew workers, that pulled out the screen, did not pull all the screens out or the rubber cord that holds the screen.I would have rather had Allans crew do all the work-they are excellent. Overall the work was done in a timely manner.

I contacted this company about installing a patio screen last may. John came out and looked at the patio, knew the scope of the job and when I called back to review the project (around a yr later after I had the funds) he refused the job because he didn’t want to put in the work. It’s a 8x15 patio and he claimed the job was too small this time around and went against everything he said in the quote. They claim they are the best around but their customer service is less than 1-star.

Affordable Cleaning Plus came quickly for an estimate. John Barrett gave us the answer to correct a recurring problem with our screening that will no longer be an issue. Five stars from us. Our dog had busted through our lania screens chasing lizards, so we needed somthing that was dog proof. John came out the same day and gave us a quote to rescreen our lania. Job was done well but a decorative pot and a ceramic animal were broken during the job, not to mention a missing 100 extension cord which I called the owner several times about which got nowhere.

Dylan did an amazing job! They came out at 8 am, perfectly on time, and were so sweet! My dog ran right through my screen lol, and they fixed not only that, but some other holes in my screen! Very reasonably priced, and very VERY fast service. I highly recommend these guys!

I got several quotes from other companies and John came in by far the lowest. His crew worked fast and cleaned up after them selves like they never were there. The crew leader Alan was on top of the job every step of the way even hosing down my patio when they were done.When the job was finished I inspected it and found one small flaw. WE LOVED IT! Until it started leaking in multiple placesI manage properties for a living and have dealt with many contractors. In Florida, its often a gamble.I was looking forward to many, many hours in my beautiful outside space. Then, it started to leak in multiple places. Multiple calls, texts, and correspondence were met with empty promises to repair that are still not kept 4-5 months later and always excuses of one type or another. Im hopeful they will get it together and stand behind their work soon, before Im compelled to take additional actions.

Rude & condescending, they lack basic customer service skills i called to possibly get a service, I politely let him know that I live ent on the 3rd floor of an apartment building . I told him I would need a quote of the price, So I can forward it to the landowner (or just pay for it myself & have the owner reimbursed me ) he rudely said to me, you need to be an owner to get a quote then he Hung up on me . I can tell from the other bad reviews that I dodge a bullet !! & the repair would’ve been GARBAGE anyways.
