This review is based solely on the customer service. My experience lasted about two minutes. Esentially Philip J. Cole greeted us, quickly realized we were not going to be a big sale. What does this mean to you? The company culture suggests to treat big spenders better, which is not unheard of. On the flip side, treating other customers less than human is unacceptable. Why? I called my grandfather who is in the trade and it turns out I happen to be grandson to one of their largest wholesale accounts! Im confident ADI will script a great response, but just know for someone to go out of their way to write a review on an electrical supply store, something had go very wrong..
Great distributor, not open to public. No matter how big or small the job they always help me get the right parts and answer all my questions.
