I have been shopping around for a 4 posts lift and while some companies were taking my business for granted, David at JMC took me through different options available to me so I can make an educated decision. Had a great experience with David Duenas and the team at JMC Auto! I was looking for a lift solution for my garage which has very specific parameters. Low ceiling, tight access, wooden floors, and I needed it to work with my collection of four very different classic vehicles. I looked at dozens of different lift options from several manufacturers and dealers, finally settling on the AMGO SL6, single-post lift with much help from David. He was super helpful and patient with me as I went through the decision process of measuring and comparing and measuing some more. Upon arrival, there were a few issues with damage during shipping and one part which was slightly mis-made in manufacturing. Once I explained these issues, David and Stephanie from JMC and Josiah at AMGO got replacement parts sent out right away. Some arrived within a few days and some had to come direct to me from the factory in China, but the cutomer service response was great! The install in my shop was a bit unorthodox but it went smoothly and the lift is working great. As an added safety feature, I added a key switch to turn off power to the pump controls. I highly recomend the AMGO SL6 lift and especially the team at JMC Auto and will be a repeat customer if the need for more equipment arrises.Alan BerryLouisiana, USA

Good price for compressor. Staff friendly and helpful. Quoted 7-10 delivery, came in 6 days.Would be 5 star but website states free shipping without qualifying the term. Thats only for commercial delivery with loading dock or fork lift. Home delivery cost me $90 for residential service and $85 for lift gate service. A total of $175 for free delivery.Huge tractor trailer delivered it, with plenty of other items that were going to local businesses. Not a special truck for home delivery.

I ordered a Tsunami pressure regulator from JMC after spending a couple of hours trying to find it elsewhere. Roger, who was the gentleman I worked with at JMC did an outstanding job and very professional. I bought an engine crane from JMC last year. Top of the line AC Hydraulics. It too was hard to find. JMC came through again. Next piece of equipment for my garage will be a Auto Twirler which they carry the name brand I want. I wont waist my time and go straight to JMC to order it when the time comes. Thank you Roger. Two thumbs up..

This was a phone order after a few questions. Also involved a couple call-backs from the information specialist after he obtained additional shipping info. Pleasant and efficient experience, as well as the best price I found on the internet for an auto rotisserie. Shipping is complicated but not JMCs fault. Now waiting for the item to arrive so I can see if it will be up to the task.

Yes, my son really likes the products.I am not pleased on the way you (May Sturup) handled the order. First, I should have NEVER contacted you for updates. YOU should have kept me updated on everything. YOU DIDNT! By the time I got the tracking # the product was already sitting in his driveway the afternoon before. So, therefore I could not give him the tracking # so he could keep an eye on when it should arrive. In all my years in manufacturing I have NEVER heard of a shipping department is out for the day on a Tuesday???? That sounds rather fishy or a down right LIE!!Im VERY disappointed on the way you handled my order.

Got my lift in no time at all. It is very heavy so plan accordingly. Installed the lift with no problems. Instruction were fine. One of the hydraulic hose had some damage during shipping. Their shipping was not posted online though and everyone else had theirs posted. I recently purchased a tire machine for our shop from JMC. I was very specific in the machine and add-ons that I wanted, and my sales rep Rogger was quite efficient in getting me a quote for my exact request. When I decided to pull the trigger, it was easy to get in touch with Rogger and get the order placed. I was pleasantly surprised that the machine actually arrived much sooner than anticipated. JMC was very responsive and courteous after I placed my order, to coordinate shipping. Their online ordering system is confusing as it stated there will be a shipping charge and that I would be contacted to coordinate, and determine the amount. Then at checkout it stated ‘free’ next to shipping so I thought there was a promotion. The next day I was contacted and told shipping was $200 on a $2,000 order. My advice is to call them before placing the order so you know the total landed cost. I was able to coordinate a will-call pick up at their WI warehouse since I live within 100 miles, and save the shipping charge entirely.
